The horn relay is built within the TIPM... Same with the fuel pump relay (same part number).

As soon as the horn starts going off and the guys just like oh yeah wait , hold on, hold on, hold on, what’s going on .

Molar is junk my 08 wrangler is that and worth, just pull horn fuses, and when it acts up beat on the module box, it works, till another time 😅

I had the exact same issue, horn will stay on, I replaced the fuses, had replaced my steering wheel with one used and only spent $25, problem solved.

Question I have an 2002 Ram 1500 just replace the ABS module and have to initialize the new one got any suggestions my Autel scanner will do my 2014 JK but no go on the 02 Ram. Called the local Dodge Dealer and they said they only go back to 06 Ram for ABS initializing. That dinging is driving me nuts I unplugged the 10 amp fuse for the module and it then turns on the brakes lights 24/7. Unplug the speed señor on the axel and no speedo. Trying to find someone with an old scan tool in the area is hard. Any suggestions would be greatly apperciated.

He Went to get plyers to remove a fuse. The fuse puller is right next to the pink 25 amp fuse infront of the yellow tab block right in front of his eyes. lol

So exchange TIPM cus horn keeps blowing !! Just so now a used replaced tipm to now have issues w the wippers!!! Hmmmm which one will u choose ? Lol i got the message use used TIPM but it is not guaranty it will be free of any issues 💯
