Actually Top Speed and Spark are sister brands. They are under the same umbrella.

@@diecastdenas far as I know and I remember: they are own by Minimax. Even if they don’t own it anymore: they use the same mold. Only difference as far as I can see is grills: spark uses metal grills and Top Speed plastic ones. (I own both brands too hahaha)
