It is very hard to imagine. It depends on the road conditions, and driver's age etc. We have front & rear disc brakes on the harley scooter. 45km/h, easy stop. :-)

Most probablly, your scooter power is not 1500W. 1500W motor can reach speed on 45km/h easily.

@@Clara-zd8np most probably your scooter was locked on 20km/h some EU regulations, but I assume you can find someone or on the internet how to unlock the speed. Most of the electric bikes, scooter, and motorbike come with a speed limit for EU countries. But they can all be unlocked. Hope it helps.
