I do Vct tile and stripping for a living. First this floor only required in it's state to be auto scrubbed and high speed burnished . Never put wax on a floor until you remove all the embedded dirt. This machine is not designed for this example. When you do Vct properly you can go years without stripping them down to the bare tile. Every time you strip a floor all the way down to bare tile you bleed out some of the color. The goal is too keep the tile floor finish in good condition so you can eliminate stripping them down completely. A good scrub and re coat you need to remove 2 to 3 coats of floor finish because dirt gets embedded beyond the top coat. Then they need to be rinsed till the floor is spot free of and residue. Then you put back the 3 coats you took off.
Yeah I was looking for something where you just use a light/white pad and scrub the top layer - is this something you do regularly with VCT without stripping?
