TOP TEN - Fallout Cards! 

The bobbleheads are pretty wonderful. Just wish there was a way to have incorporate the concept of actually having to find them in your deck since they’re the hard to find collectibles (without a guide anyway because FO3 has very questionable level/world design that kinda undermines the exploration but nevermind that)

I’m very surprised no one had Rose, Cutthroat Raider on their list. This is definitely a commander card, but a very powerful one. Rose has a sneaky line of text at the bottom that myself and some of my friends missed on their first read through. “Whenever you sacrifice a junk, add R.” Junk being a free impulse draw at sorcery speed is already very strong. Allowing you to ritual as well is amazing. Jeska’s Will is one of the most powerful and ubiquitous red cards for commander. Rose allows you to do a half decent impression of it when you attack with anything at the 3 other players. Rose doesn’t have to attack, and it’s not a damage trigger either! Crazy! Also, with more cards like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar running around, Rose will find their way into Boros, Mardu, and Naya tokens decks for a very long time.
