I'm late to the party but I got an essential tip: not only have extra used clothes on hand, but also have a means of changing your gait. Intelligence spooks across the globe are taught to pay as much or more attention to how a target walks and their general mannerisms as they do to what they're wearing, just simply having smoothed wood wedges to stuff in your shoes is often enough to change your gait sufficiently to throw off all but the best tails when combined with switching clothes and intentionally acting different to how you normally act.
@@GeorgeOrwell-yz6zx Olive oil is pretty good for some things, too. The Greeks and Romans oiled their... orifices... with it. Something to remember in a TP shortage 👍
My two most important bartering currencies are antibiotics and bullets. In a scenario where antibiotics are difficult to obtain, I think a person would be will to trade a lot for a life saving medicine, possibly even everything they own if their condition is bad enough.
Man I just want to appreciate the morale area. Some rando Americans sent us care packages of useful shit(whatever was on S2's list lol). Thanks for doing that randos! It meant a lot to 45-50 Marines in the middle of someone elses backyard.
Remember that high amounts of foot traffic will also get unwanted attention from the nosy neighbor informant. Vary the entry and exit traffic to include times to prevent Stasi from monitoring you.
Comment for the algorithm. I like that you included kids toys and activities. There is a charity called shelterbox, all they do is stockpile boxes of stuff near airports and then fly them out for people who have been hit by natural disasters or war. Something they always include is language neutral activities to occupy kids of different ages, little teddy bears, colouring books, toy dinosaurs and cars etc It helps a lot to keep the kids busy so the adults can get on with things. Worth having a look at the tents & tools they put in the boxes, they have been tested and refined over decades of disaster work.
i have donated brand new stuffed toys to my local sheriffs department to give to children that their parents get arrested. no matter what the parent did, its NOT the childs fault and in a lot of cases the child has nothing but the clothes on their backs with them at the time. i do dumpster diving quite a bit where i have a storage unit. the owner just throws out what ever is inside them. i have around 30 tents stored in an old camper well protected from rodents! a local thrift shop puts out boxes of stuff for FREE out back, so i grab clothes etc... from there too. just yesterday i got a whole 20 gallon tote full of brand new Halloween items including 27 pair of frankenstein ear rings !
Good shoes. The likelihood of people showing up in office shoes that are not suited for serious use is pretty high. That was ironically one of my biggest takeaways from 9-11: watching women walking barefooted through ash and debris because they all wore heels to work that day.
I once got cut of while riding my bike. So I flipped him off and took off a little, fighting traffic like you can only do on a bike. A little while later while cruizing he pulled up next to me and showed me his badge through the window. I laughed at him but in reality I got quite scared. I was on my cruizer and had just landed a decent job where I had to drive and I knew I would loose my license over this. So when we got to the next red light and I saw him step out of the car I took off. I only got out of sight before I took a couple of right turns and parked it inside some appartment back yard. I put the helmet in my backpack and my leather jacket had yellow liner on the inside so I turned it inside out. Thank got I had a white t shirt under. So I walked casually up to the nearest bus stop and took a bus back Home. There were already police cruizers parked along the highway so I got lucky. Where I live they have to basically catch me in the act but I was nervous for a while. I went from Harley and leather to white shirt and yellow jacket in 5 steps.
i use to carry "auto art" wash off spray paint, and several suit bags with different styles of clothes behind behind the seat of my truck. i knew where every parking garage was in any are i was in or going to. every jacket i owned was reversible, i had wigs, hair dye etc... also. and of course i had an whole bunch of identities too!.
I used to make a decent living by shoplifting. I had all kinds of schemes and even had specific tools to defeat product security. I was never caught but was nearly caught once and quickly changing my clothes around allowed to escape mall security. An employee saw me and radioed my description to security and requested backup but he didn't follow me. It was winter time so I had a nice softshell jacket on and a long sleeve shirt with an undershirt under it. I also had a hat with sunglasses on them. Once I got out of sight for a second I took off my jacket and long sleeve shirt, stashed it along with the hat, took the glasses and put them on my head. I went from wearing all black with a black hat to wearing a white t-shirt, no hat, and sunglasses in about 10 seconds. Then I grabbed a cheap item, stood in line, payed for it, then exited the store right past security. I ended up taking a few laps around the entire mall outside waiting for the sun to set (didn't want to go directly to my vehicle) and then went back in to retrieve my ditched clothing. (It was a nice Columbia softshell jacket...that I paid for.) I confess, not my proudest moment and I have reformed my ways, but it is a very good example of how doing something very simple can net you good results. It doesn't have to be a crazy elaborate scheme to work. It just has to work enough to get you by. If someone is looking for you, then they have a specific description of you. If you can change that in even a small way then you're likely going to avoid detection or at the very least sow doubt in their mind. A security guard doesn't want to harass the wrong customer. Acting like you belong there is also a big deal. Not acting worried or constantly looking around is important. Oh, and don't shoplift kids but if you do, try to stick to large mega corporations. Don't steal from mom and pop shops or small, local franchises. Also, use flea markets to sell items. DO NOT GO TO PAWN SHOPS. But seriously, don't shoplift unless you're very good. Even in 10 years the technology has changed and what you can and can't do is different. You will get caught one day. Unless you live in a blue state. If so, just go in with a buggy, load up what you want, and leave. They won't stop you and the police don't care.
glad to find another reformed criminal telling their story on this channel. the tax structure for big corporations is like this. they pay $30 for a tv and expect to sell it for $90. walmart for example demands a 90 net billing if you want to do business with them. they have 90 days before they pay for that tv. if a store gets 10 tv's a week from a supplier they sell 120 tv's and then pay for 10 every week after that. they use the suppliers money for 90 days. (my sister worked for walmart in accounting department at corporate office in rogers arkansas. if you steal a $30 ty they have a $90 loss to reduce their taxes they have to pay!! i use to counterfit my own id's and print my own checks and target big corporations. i could beat TELLiCHECK every time!! i did it to reduce the taxes they paid so the common man would be required to pay more taxes each year until THE STRAW BREAKS THE CAMELS BACK and they revolt. (my ancestors came on the mayflower and kicked georgy porgy and his standing army the ZUCK out of this country 2 times). in 1871 congress created the FOREIGN corporation called THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
"Acting like you belong there is also a big deal. Not acting worried or constantly looking around is important. " - This, and also if "semi-discovered", and under direct and obvious but "uncertain" scrutiny... look them in the eyes and act offended or bothered and dismissive or even joking, like " what? you looking at me? gimme a break paul blart" without actually saying that ... because that's how a normal person reacts to sudden, undeserved harassment. one more note, be aware of the other people around you, just like 1939 in Germany, there's plenty of people who get sadistic pleasure out of turning people in to the brown shirts, and this works both ways. If you properly manage the way random other people perceive you, they can actually stand up for what they see as just a regular law abiding citizen living under ever increasingly alarming police state circumstances. If you sew the seeds of doubt and you've mitigated thier ability to confirm with definitive proof like by knowing where cameras are, it goes a long way to increase your chances. I'm not a thief but just your average, paranoid, social anxiety sufferer lol.

I thought of some things to add. Music: Find a way to keep an offline music library and either headphones or some speakers as appropriate. Cloud libraries or streaming services may not be accessible. Useful gadgets: Not only children need stuff to do if you can't leave a confined space. Bring stuff for teens and young adults as well (bonus if it can help build a useful skill as well). An excellent example is some lock-picking tools and some practice locks. Or something to learn and practice morse code with. Some rope and a book of knots could be useful. Toys: Some toys have a very high skill ceiling or nearly infinite variation and thus can keep someone occupied indefinitely. If you have a little bit of room to move, a yo-yo or some juggling balls are good examples, and don't forget the playing cards for adults and children alike. Games: Any flat horizontal surface can be turned into a game board with a few simple lines drawn on. Consider drawing game boards on floors, desks, tables, beds or chairs. Then you only need a bag of game pieces. This works for chess, checkers, and Go, which all have enough depth to keep people occupied for quite a while. Work out: Depending on the space, just a small area where you can do pushups, situps, wall-sits and other simple exercise could be very good. Consider a roll up foam mat, jump-rope, and maybe even kettlebells.
One thing I hate about Amazon Music is that even the "offline" songs you have stored still won't play unless the app can connect to the internet. The app itself needs a connection so it doesn't matter if your whole playlist is downloaded to your phone. All that means is that it doesn't use data every time you play the song. If you want true offline playback then you need to make sure that whatever app or program you are using can be used offline itself. Nothing beats hard copies of DVDs, Blurays, and CD for true offline content. Hard to efficiently store, but much more robust in capability to use anywhere. No RF emissions that can potentially be tracked either (if the player isn't wifi connected)
@@oldscratch3535 i have over 5000 dvd's stored in the big 5xx dvd binders. eaxh olds over 500 dvds. i also have many hard drives with movies stored on them. ZUCK Amazon! i find used cd's, dvds etc.. for $1 or less all the time. i se a microsoft word document to catalog where each disc if kept and the bingers are numbered. i use video glasses (wired kind of course) if everyone does NOT want to watch the same thing
painters wear white coveralls some times. white coveralls of many sizes can be used as camouflage in snow conditions, you can blend into a group of construction workers, and if you actually know how to paint, not only can you change how something looks but you could get a temporary job working for some company, an individual etc... as a former criminal i was taught that "you can NOT steal every day of your life, you need a trade or skill to earn a living with"! i myself have painted everything from water towers to to houses, to automobiles to factories, and thats not all! if one can be an artist and paint people, you could paint on top of clear film on top of a photograph to see how minor or major changes affect how someone looks for an example!
Excellent information, but you may want to start putting it on alternate sites, since you know we're all being watched here. Kinda self-defeating in the long run.
Meh, if the government (or any organized group) wants you, they'll get you. I take this as ideas for general purpose, to be adapted to each person needs. The more available this kind of information is, the better.
Yeah, This information isn't some kind of secret sauce that any spooks would be unaware of. The trick is that if you do everything right, they won't even think to be looking to see if you're doing anything in the first place.
@@moteroargentino7944 That wasn't my main point, but I see how it could be perceived that way. I should have been clearer; I think the information should be put on other sites because YT is so politically fickle, and at some point it is likely to censor stuff like this.
How about toiletry... You won't be plumb one in. Because someone on the can, May not see the warning light through the strung up bed sheets. I managed to evade police in a city by simply walking around the corner and changing the color of my shirt (have on 2 shirts of very high contrast) and taking off / putting on a hat. Tactical hats are also cool because you can rapid change the appearance of the hat. Sy for example they put out a call on the radio saying "grab the guy with the American flag on his hat" well, if you change the patch on your hat from an American flag to say a confederate flag (still common in American) then you would have rapidly change a unique identifying feature.
