Time stamps. Looking forward to making these. One suggestion when you post multiple recipes. During your intro, maybe display a time stamp on the side, marking where the recipes start in the post. Makes it easier to locate a specific recipe in the video. Keep the recipes coming. My family has enjoyed them!
I recently purchased an Instant Pot and I am hooked. It is staying on my kitchen counter instead of being sent to the basement storage closet for kitchen gadgets. I love your channel and it is where I learned how to use the IP. And your recipes are the best. Thank you!
I love watching your channel. I'm always practically drooling after watching each recipe. They all look so good! I love these recipe ideas and love that you can adopt them to suit your needs. I'm on a tight, tight budget right now. I love that with soup you can really stretch your budget. You make everything look so easy, but I know it's actually very time consuming. Thanks for all your effort and positive attitude! It's noticed and appreciated.
I'm hooked! Huge blessing to have an IP thanks to you SSS! Substituted this for the Ranch Dressing Mix: 1tsp each:parsley, pepper, seasoned salt 1/2 t garlic powder, 1/4 t onion powder and 1/8 t thyme
This instant pot is the best $79.00 that I have ever spent!!!!! I watch every week and am so grateful for Six Sisters' Stuff. Keep up the good work. Stay safe...........................
Also, my daughter purchases the small bags of fritos like you would put in a childs lunch. Open the top of the bag and spoon in that chili. All the grand kids love it and there is very little mess to clean up... Just sayin.............
I made the minestrone without the meat and added corn and peas because I had some left over . It made so much which I love because we love leftovers in our house.
Love your pot,the pattern is called "PAISLEY PATTERN" ..That's my hometown pattern from the thread mills, it was made famous by Queen Victoria having a shawl made and wearing it in public! Love all your recipes ❤🏴👍🏻🐾
Thank you for all the recipes for the insta pot! I never used mine. I took it out tried chicken got a burn notice that was it.... but I kept seeing insta pot stuff from you ladies, I got brave and tried again!! Now we have more success thanks to all of you!! But I have not done to much yet. Still trying though!!
Just made your Broccoli Cheese soup, I added mushrooms, fine cauliflower, and used 2 cups milk but made cheese sauce with it by using 4 Tbsp Flour, and 4 Tbsp oil and making a gravy then adding the cheese. It thickened it up some but not as much as thought it would. Added some Andouille sausage to my bowl when serving. Absolutely fantastic. Thanks!
Just saw this vid yesterday, and made the chili. Its not “chili”, per say, it has no chili seasonings at all, but it was EXCELLENT! Thank you. Even my super picky brother said it was a keeper recipe! That is high praise from him. I did the recipe exactly EXCEPT for the celery. No one here cares for it. But it was SO good!! I doubled the batch for my family and wanted some late last night for a bedtime nosh😭. Nope. None left lol. Thank you, thank you. Im trying the 7 can tortilla soup now. If its even half as good, it will be perfect!
Your beef stew and chilli recipes are on regular rotation at our house! We love the chicken noodle soup recipe too! I am going to have to try the other soup recipes too!
I bought both my Son & my Daughter their 1st IP this Christmas. I shared your RU-vid videos with them also as I know they’ll be able to learn much from all the Sisters. Thank you {{{ HUGGZ }}} for being part of my Christmas present❣️ ~Su
I just made the broccoli cheddar soup today… A-ma-zing!! I have made broccoli cheddar soup before but this recipe is the best I’ve tasted. I did make a few small changes. Being a vegetarian I did use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. I used leeks instead of onions. I added a little bit of chopped red sweet pepper. I used a light cream. I doubled the nutmeg because I love nutmeg in soups! And I used chili powder instead of hot sauce, again because I love chili powder in soups LOL this was definitely a keeper and one that I will make over and over! Thank you!
I made the Wild Rice recipe. It was so good! Best way to cook wild rice for sure! Husband and daughter approved! I also made freezer meals out of several of these recipes. We have tried several of these already and they are all wonderful Thank You so much!!!🥰 🍲
Wow, this is very creamy, aromatic and so comforting. All the vegetables in it have a nice sweetness with a bit of earthiness for contrast. This will be the perfect soup for fall, the color is beautiful ..... Awesome presentation. I love it!
These all look so good. Thank you! I just down sized from a 6 quart to a 3 quart and LOVE it. It's just me and my daughter so it works perfectly. Plus, when I make your recipes I can IP half and put the other half in the freezer for a future meal. The best part about my 3 qt is that it automatically seals when you put the lid on. I debated and debated but turns out it was a great decision. For those with little families, I highly recommend it.
Woot woot.. FINALLY I'm early. Love all the different options you put out 👍👍 I've actually tried alot of them and they were all winners with my family. Thanx for the great videos...Much LOVE from Canada 🇨🇦😘🇨🇦😘
I am loving all these vegetarian options!! In France we don’t have instant pots and so I ordered mine specially when I started following your channel 😍
I am obsessed with this channel working full time makes it hard to wanna cook at night but all these videos have given me so many great ideas ... Pretty sure my boyfriend just got me an instapot for Xmas and I can't wait to open it so I can start cooking with it!
Thank you for this. I bought my instant pot and have not used it because I wasn't sure how to use it. I am so excited to start making soups and am pretty sure my Instapot will be a kitchen staple.
One suggestions a subtitle at the beginning of each recipe Like number #? & the name. Only because it’s all together. If I want the tortilla soup I have to hunt. Time can be precious. Thanks for sharing! This is a good way for me to get my veggies in.
Thanks so much for helping me get over my fear of using my instant pot ! I made your minestrone soup my first time using . It was awesome, thanks so much for sharing !
Made the sweet potato soup today!! (my first soup in my new IP!) So good! I didn't have broccoli, so I added chopped spinach. yum! also used evaporated milk (just half a cup made it creamy), since I didn't have whole milk. The recipe in the link is different, so I kind of combined them...added the garlic, but not the beans...and nice that you don't have to blend if you cut everything up. Gracias!!
Thank you Kristen. Great suggestions and very easy to follow instructions. And, it was kind of a fun trip down memory lane to see some of your former kitchen settings! Hope that you and your family are settling in and staying well in your new place. :-)
Yes! Just bought my instapot and living in southeast Michigan fall is coming! Soup, stuff cabbage, to acorn squash! I’m hooked too! Annnnd love your channel!!!
Those recipes look great and I love soups, but not much of a bean eater though. When you got to the Clam Chowder soup you had me ready to go and buy some clam since I love it and shrimp also. I thank you for continuing to share your family recipes with us all and hope you and your family have a Blessed weekend and new week.
I made the minestrone soup for my wife and I tonight and it was so good. The only difference that I had was that I left out the zucchini (personal preference) and I used penne macaroni. Thank you so much for another go-to successful recipe.
Flour and milk mixture is french sauce bechamel which with additional of nutmeg is used in lasagna. I actually do most of cream sauces on that base. Always perfectly thick sauce 😋
Y'all are simply the BEST! You got me using my IP & making great food for the Family💞😊Buffalo Chicken Sliders were a hit with my parents & brother over the weekend😉❤
I bought the instant pot Lux on a great deal! I've never used one so this is were I learned how it works. Than I seen your recipes!! Omgosh, I'm hooked! Your channel takes the headache of coming up with meal ideas and I cant wait to start instant potting! 🍁🤗🌻
I love this video! Thank you. I have a Crock Pot Express and I will have to make at least a few of them (Broccoli, Chicken Noodle, Chili, maybe Minestrone, of course Beef Stew,)
Will try some of the soup recipes this fall, I would put mushrooms in wild rice soup, thanks for all your videos post these recipes in October please it is hard to think of soup when it still over 90 degrees
I absolutely love your You Tube channel and have made many great dinners in my 6 quart instant pot per your instructions. Can you please post recipes for the 3 quart instant pot? My 6 quart instant pot is great for family meals but I recently purchased the 3 quart instant pot for the evenings when I am cooking for one or two. Any recipes for the mini instant pot will be greatly appreciated.
I have a question regarding the stew recipe: what cut of meat did you use and the quantity? I love your recipes and cant wait to receive your newest cookbook.
Those all look amazing. Going to try the broc cheese soup. In about 2 months lol. It is still 115 degrees here in San Antonio so not soup weather for a little bit yet. Thanks Kristen!
Wow. Looks decent however id still cook all the veggies to extract as much flavor (and add the seasonings) before adding any liquids and closing it. For the loaded taco, I’d suggest white hominy instead of garbanzo beans.
I make taco soup, which is very similar to this recipe and it’s SO good! Plus, it’s easy to make. Chili is another favorite and easy to make. I’ve also made carrot ginger soup...try it. Cant wait to see the chicken noodle soup coming up...
I wonder how stew meat cut small would be in the minestrone soup? Onion soup mix is soo good on roasted pork too! I got so hungry after this I had a grilled cheese sandwich and tomatoes soup but I am going to make enchilada, brocoli soup and chili soon. Tfs. Oh my goodness I love wild rice now I have to make that one too and the clam chowder! You read my mind on the clam chowder. I love my instant pot! Yes hot sauce and great sour dough bread or bread bowl soooo good and ice tea with lemon. Reminds me of Pier 39 in San francisco. Miss it.
When making a roux- 1) equal fat to flour 2) hot roux/cold liquid or 3) cold roux/hot liquid... whisk constantly - these will help keeping things lump free. Once adding- simmer gently for several minutes for flavors to blend....
