I remember staying up late and watching his stuff when I should have been in bed. He really was ahead of his time if you think about it. So glad he's putting all these old gems on RU-vid. This is really cool.

I first saw Dave in the first UHF channel in the PH... afterwards I always on the look out for Dave... I love the 1st season theme music of the Late Show than anything else... Late Night TV is never the same without Paul & Dave...

The bug eyed lady could use that for a super power, if she’s not satisfied at a store, or restaurant, etc. She could give ‘em some attitude then the bug eyes, the person would just creep out, yell “whatever you want or need just stop doing that!”

So glad they're putting these clips here! I probably started watching Letterman when I was 18 in 2007. Him and Late Night with Conan were such solid shows. Every episode had at least one amazing moment and the whole hour was fun to watch. The current late night shows have decent interviews but the rest is unwatchable. Do people even watch a full hour of Kimmel or Colbert every night?

I used to like Colbert the best among the current crop, but overall I think Kimmel is the best. There are more jokes per minute without all the conceptual fluff that Colbert and Seth like to use.

I was backstage at two of these segment tapings for 2 of my devised and selected SHT Tricks. Awesome experience. Was on the short list of Tricks with another new one just before the Show shut down. Hated to see it end .
