I was hoping to see my favorite undead soup enthusiast Kan-Ra in this list, but all the entries were completely warranted, especially number one. I also had no idea about Tekken's scrapped zoombie bride, so this video was pretty educational for me.
Hang on. Would Drahmin count as a zombie? I mean he is literally a rotting corpse who apparently is so putrid that when he was brought out of the netherrealm flies swarmed him instantly. And what about Ermac? Isn't he just a corpse with thousands of souls in him? Would that mean he is a zombie as well?
I'm not entirely sure. I always thought he was, but I think Soul Edge just made him immortal and his body slowly became more ghost-like as time went on. I could be wrong since Soul Edge warps reality a lot, but I don't think we would count as undead like the other characters mentioned.
Cervantes was undead from soul calibur 2-4 from what I remember. 5 is debatable since he looks human but retains the perks of being dead. And naturally to SC5, we get no context behind that. Though he was more a ghost than zombie.
I still don't understand why they had her mouth sown shut when she's a singer. That's like cutting the hands off of a pianist yet they can still play the piano professionally 😐
ZATO-1 was originally killed off because his VA passed away and they didn't want to do the character without him (though one of his protégés took up the mantle later), so from Guilty Gear X up until his resurrection, ZATO-1's bidy was controlled by Eddie, his shadow puppet/thing.
The zombies of Metal Slug 3... Granted not a fighting game, but does have lots of fighting in it. So with that being said... when these zombies "kill" you, your character instantly turns & carries on as a zombie protagonist! Even better, there's a level with a weaponized elephant you can ride that can also become a zombie! If you've never seen/played, give it a go... it's a great game. Also, great list!😎👍
You kinda left out Zenia Valov from Arcana Heart. She's sort of a zombie in my mind since she was once a human named Elfreide Achenbach before her soul was put into a doll owned by her younger sister Lieselotte. Plus did I spoil this?
Since she wasn't a decaying corpse like the other entries, I omitted her. She would be good for a different type of fighting game list if I cover more supernatural characters, though!
Top Ten Ghosts is one of this year's Halloween videos, so it'll be up this month and Top Ten Skeletons was the Halloween video in 2014, so it's on the channel.
Hey I thought of an idea: Top ten lists for various Elemental users in fighting games. Like: Top Ten Fire Users Top Ten Water Users Top Ten Earth Users Top Ten Air Users Top Ten Ice Users Top Ten Electric Users And all of those lists for fighting games.
You're welcome. Plus what do you think of these? Fire - Kyo Kusanagi from King of Fighters Water - Greninja from Super Smash Bros Earth/Nature - Maori Kasuga from Arcana Heart Air/Sky/Wind - Aya Shameimaru from SWR/Hisoutensoku Ice - Jin Kisaragi from Blazblue Electric/Lightning/Thunder - Saki Tsuzura from Arcana Heart
If this was made after Steve got announced for Smash, Zombie would've somewhere on the list or at least an honorable mention. I know he's more of a skin for Steve, but still.
The title is Zombie characters in fighting games right? Yet a scrapped Tekken character makes the list. Maybe use her as a honorable mention at best. Since she was never in the game. There's others that could've filled the spot.
Top 10 Boxers in Fighting Games: 1. Balrog (Street Fighter) 2. Dudley (Street Fighter) 3. Little Mac (Punch Out/Super Smash Bros) 4. TJ Combo (Killer Instinct) 5. Nelson (King of Fighters) 6. Steve Fox (Tekken) 7. Afro Thunder (Ready 2 Rumble Boxing) 8. Roger Jr (Tekken) 9. Razor (Def Jam Vendetta) 10. Vanessa (King of Fighters)
It's a bit old, but I did a video about video game nurse back in 2016. Couldn't think of 10, but there are plenty of fighting games spoken about on this list: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jUE9a41Vwco.html
Saki Tsuzura And Here’s mine Butlers:Valkenhayn R. Hellsing (Blazblue) and Hien (King of Fighters) (This guy should be at least in HMs) Maids:Iroha (Samurai Shodown), Fiona Mayfield (Arcane Hearts) and Marie (Skullgirls) That’s all.
How about top 10 Demons in Fighting Games Jedah from darkstalkers and MVC: Infinite is a perfect example of a fighting game Demon Or top 10 Aliens in Fighting Games?
Perhaps in the future! Aliens are cool and, while this year's halloween videos are all planned, demons seems like a good Halloween-themed idea for next year!
Maybe I'll get to it after the Halloween lists! The other Halloween videos are planned and if there is time for a bonus video, werewolves was likely going to be the topic. Either way, I'll likely get to it in the future!
MrTopTenList OK, That’s fine. Can’t wait to see the rest of the Halloween Videos you have planned. If you do plan to make the Werewolves list as a bonus or next time, could you mention my comment, like the uses who asked for this list? I really enjoyed this list.😊
Me too. Plus if there was a fighting game featuring characters from indie games then Rottytops from Shantae might show up somewhere in the top 10 fighting game zombies list. Plus speaking of which, Rottytops was in The Green Scorpion's Top 10 Zombies list as well as being mentioned in The Quarter Guy's Top 10 "One More Try" Moments list.
Nope since she ate that life gem which gives anyone immortality before she died. Think Hidan from Naruto where you can literally cut his head off but he's still alive and well.
xXEdgy_OutsiderXx 😆! I would like to see Peacock appear in the Top Ten Gunners in Fighting Games episode alongside Noel Vermillion from Blazblue and Eltnum from Under Night In Birth.
xXEdgy_OutsiderXx true. Plus Baby Bonnie Hood aka Bulleta from Darkstalkers and Petra Johanna Lagerkvist from Arcana Heart might show up on the list as well alongside Rentaro Satomi from Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax.
They made is somewhat ambiguous in his various bios. It was revealed in MK: Armageddon that Raiden put the chains on Liu Kang's arms, which I thought meant Raiden revived him as a whole. The chains were from some ancient clan, so maybe they revived him and Raiden controlled. him. I might be wrong on calling Raiden the direct reanimator, so if I am, I'll admit to that.
