TYM 3 WILL be out in less than 48 hours! The only reason I've put this series on pause is based on the initial views I drew the conclusion I'd released it too soon, and I wanted more people to be able to play through the DLC before I jumped back on it. Once episode 3 is out, we'll be back on it again almost daily until we have 100%'d the entire game 😁
"There's not much in this first area..." ... Except for walking fucking nightmares, Dom. 🤣🤣🤣 At least the nightmare scorpion things don't have wings. Why did I just say that? I'm giving Miyazaki ideas... 🤣 UPDATE: I just got to the Scorpion River. Naturally, I was arrogant to think Miyazaki didn't already think to give scorpions wings. FML
I hate to be the bearer of bad new but that’s probably the easiest remembrance boss in the dlc at least from the ones I’ve fought so far. I haven’t found all of them only maybe half but the others who I won’t spoil are crazy! 2 in particular are ridiculous
You can get a little bit of interesting dialogue from the old woman by also visiting the storeroom and talking to her before you beat the boss. More importantly, through the hidden door with Miquella’s left arm there is another spot you can drop down that puts you above the area with the flies where you can find a talisman.
yea, i think the idea is to speak to her and be shunned, before she gets cool , once you have the lion head. Also, more talking again later gets you some soup. Sort of the prawn equivalent here
I have not covered the full questline for the woman in the Storeroom as this will be covered in the NPC questline videos. I am aware that she rewards you with consumable items, but that was not the focus of this video 😊
Maybe you could add a note somehow suggesting people speak to her before the boss fight though. They're going to miss a ton of really interesting dialogue if they don't speak to her until after the boss fight.
One great thing about this DLC is it got me back into it and I got to discover your channel. I’ve watched a bunch and now I have them playing in the bg while I explore. This content is super useful and your enthusiasm is amazing. Great work dude, seriously you should be real proud of how many people this helps. LEGENDARY.
We’re in the middle of a peak gaming experience we will remember for awhile, I’m so grateful to be here learning and exploring with you all, thank you for the guides man your content rocks
In the poison swamp there is 2 towers with a bridge, the tower on the left near the wall there is something inside and i can't figure it out how to get it !! If you jump on the top of the kinda church just before you can clearly see the item even better if you use the telescope and zoom in. If you have any idea how to get there let me know.
There is a bridge between two large towers in the swappy area and if u climb on top of on the sinking buildings u can see a gold item in the room. But I have no clue how to get in there.
I killed the lion. Went to talk to old lady and she’s not taking to me and yes I did have the mask of on.I tried closing my game and she still not talking to me. Any tips ?
great video, keep it up. I noticed that there is something in the towers connected by a bridge, west of the castle in the swamp area. Is it accessible later in the story or there's some hidden path somewhere?
@@shabik95 I did find it. This area has to be accessed later in the game from above (i.e. the Enri-Ilim area). Search in RU-vid for how to find the Euphoria twinblade weapon.
@@function0077 got it. it's accessible after getting to the blocked part of Belurat, Enir-Ilim. requires some parkour to get there, starting from Spiral Rise site of grace
I noticed that in the poison pool there is a bridge that connects two towers. inside one of the two it is possible to glimpse a rare object. how to get there?
@@function0077 Yes, you eventually access it from much further in the game. A place called Enir-Ilim will have a secret elevator take you down to that bridge.
I wonder if there isn’t anything in after the sewer well area because at the last part where you climb the ladder if you turn around you see a bridge where the flymen were hanging from. Is that for later or hidden way to get there?
Great video, as always. You showed me two things I missed even though I spent so much time exploring the area. One thing: the horned lady has a bunch of dialogue you'll miss if you don't speak to her before fighting the boss. Maybe you could note that somewhere, because as is, the video will cause people to miss it when it's very much worth hearing.
Hey just so you know man. You can get more dialogue from the hornset Gadam (Old lady in the storeroom) you need to rest at site of grace and return. you can also get another item if you exhaust it.
I would love it if there was a tag line or something at the end (maybe tagline isn't the right word??) like, "Alright guys that's it for this area. Be sure to check back in next time for the next area called (name of the next area) at the (name of site of grace)." Then at the beginning of the next video you can tell us where you just came from in case anyone stumbled upon these videos out of order and you could also add something like "You guys found (thing) where I didn't so here it is really fast and now back to (current site of grace to start the main area for that video)" Truly genuinely some of my favorite videos especially now that you're releasing them more frequently! I hope you're getting enough time to both play and post the videos by now!
Ooh, the Horned Knights are NOT just weak to Strike! They are also very weak to Holy damage. I've been wiping them up with the Sacred Relic Sword! 2 swipes with the Sacred Relic Ash of War and they're history!
Another consumable can be gotten from the old lady hornsent after reloading the area. Scorpion stew, gives physical dmg reduction and life regen. Can only carry 1. However you can give it to the hornsent npc following miquella but idt it does anything, then go get another from the old lady.
Urggh that build is so fucking tryhard. "Yeah so I got this fun build where you just spam one attack over and over again" try actually learning to fight stuff. I see peoplr copying this build all the time and ehrn I summon thrm yhey always die cause they have stypid slow erapons and it doesnt fit their play style they're just copying you.
I like how Fromsoft put a little curve in the staircase at 9.50 with a load of gaps in the barrier to catch out people that might be watching along to a guide video and aren't looking where their character is going...... Yes, I'm 'people' that aren't looking where they're going.
You really need to be more descriptive of where things are. You circle two roofs where you say the grave birds are and this is so far off. Then you say “get the key and go back to the beginning of the area.” What beginning?? You doing give any point of reference. Like at least show on the map the exact area you’re talking about. I’ve spent more time trying to figure out where you’re trying to direct me than getting the actual items. Thanks for the help but please work on this
Thank you for these 🥰🥰 I watch these after I've been in the area then I do a clean sweep 😁 seriously, you and MythyMoo have helped me with this game soooo much 💜💜 Edit: They are now called Kung Fu Bird Men 😂😂😂😂😂
Damn I only missed the hidden cross. Thought I finally got everything for once in the things you missed series. Got a question how do I take down the furnace golems that don’t stomp but shoot stuff out the top? I’ve been hitting this bastards legs for 10 minutes and he’s not falling down for a reposte
Was great to clean up a few bits I have missed, so thanks for that Dropped 500k runes & managed to kill myself in this area on the way to picking them up 😂
Hi, I ever played in multiplayers, but I out KNIGHTS as you say but could you male a short video how that actually work, I do t know how to sumo e help 😅
Thanks, Dom!! I had some dialogue with the storeroom lady while wearing the black wolf mask before beating the boss but not sure if she would talk at all unless I was wearing that mask. Let me know if others got dialogue without black wolf mask too.
How did I miss the Ulcerated Tree Spirit I must have waled right by without triggering him .. this was a fun boss I liked the fight . Also missed the hidden room so I have to go back and find that
Great vid. Only thing I have to say is you should really show the sites of grace when you display the map. It gives ppl a reference point to help know where they are. And show the map more often.
You can interact with horn grandma before you kill the lion dancer. Then she talks to you. But thank you so much about this video. I never noticed the door by the rumble
At the very end when you climb the ladder up from the well depths there’s a bridge with a room at the opposite end that you can’t reach. Is that included in this area or an area later in game?
@@spicyhummus I have defeated Miquella, because I thought I might have to access it from way above, but I still can't figure it out. I still can't figure it out. How do I get there? EDIT: Never mind, I found it. You have to access this secret from above (Enri-Ilim) to get the Euphoria twinblade.
@@function0077 if you start at the first rise site of grace and progress past the lightning lion guy up the stairs will be the annoying spammy spell guy that stunlocks you. From him turn right and there will be a pathway down some stairs and you should be able to follow messages all the way to the secret area. Alternatively you could just look up enir-ilim secret platforming area.
Does anyone know of the black iris consumable? It restores the power of your great rune without using rune arcs. I used it like a fool not knowing if I can get more?
I would not say that there is nothing of not around where you take out the two spellcasters. Back down the stairs is the second item you find by smashing the pots and whatnot in front of it. I smash everything looking for loot, it is a habit and I know you do it too lol. I was pretty happy when I found it and that is worth mentioning.
After you talk to the npc with the lion head on, rest at a site of grace, then go talk to her again for a key item you can give to the hornsent npc. I dont think it is necessary for his quest, but it is a nice interaction.
in the tower to the left of the big ladder you went up at the end there, there is a yellow item thingy, but i have no clue how to get to it, if you climb onto some of the buildings near the tree spirit there you can see it in the window
If you go back to the hornsent Grandam after a few rests/resetting the area she’ll give you a scorpion stew. You can give the stew to Hornsent. Once you’ve given it to him or consumed it, you can go back to her for more stew. 😊
Hey people, a little question. I played elden rings (absolutely A-D-O-R-E-D it ), and put over 250-300 hours on my first playthrough (ps5), but i was so disgusted at the end, i didn't want to start a newgame+: the reason was, i wanted to platinum it, but i forgot to make several save files before beating the final boss, and i no longer could reload a save file and try different endings (and obtain a trophy for each end). Also, i heavily relied on the spirit ashes, hence the hundreds of hours leveling up, as i simply couldn't spend hundreds of hours learning every single combo from every single boss. So the question is, how a gamer like me could enjoy playing the dlc ? Do we need to have finished the main story, and absolutely master the game, in order to play the dlc ? If we install the dlc, can we still go back to the ER map ? Do we need to choose 'dlc' in the main menu, or will the missions, bosses, weapons, etc, 'stack up'...? It's been quite a long time since I've completed ER... if i get the dlc, and i need to have perfect skills, etc, to beat some crazy bosses at the very beginning, most skills .... are now gone :)
You definitely don't need the base game to continue into the DLC 😊There are weapons and spirit ashes that are really strong in the DLC to help you get through and with the upgrading of the Scadutree Blessing and Revered Spirit Ashes you should still be able to get through the DLC 😊I will be releasing a video tomorrow that will showcase how to get a tonne of levels in both of these without even needing to kill any bosses and also without really needing to kill that many normal enemies! You do not need to have finished the story, just make sure you defeat Radahn and Mohg as that is all that is required to access the DLC, through Mohg's boss arena. You can flick back to the base game via the map so you can jump around the DLC to base game and vice versa just like jumping to any other Site of Grace once you have defeated Mohg and gained access to the DLC😊
