In crs tool score was showing 400.But in profile my score is showing 0.Why ?

In 2023 you have to have a 7 in each language category of the IELTS, don't get it twisted. I myself initially thought the minimum is 7 ALL TOGETHER, but that's a bunch of misinformation out there right now. It needs to be 7 for each category, it's so ridicolous because you could have a 9 in speaking, but if you happen to have a 6,5 in writing you are disqualified regardless if you are a scientist with 3 million dollars in your bank account.

Hi, Thanks! I have a specific question incase you could help answering with. I got an ITA and 90 days to submit the PR application. But my express entry profile expires in 40 days. Can my account still remain active after profile expiry date considering the fact that I have an ITA which is letting me submit the application in 90 days. Thanks in advance!

Can you please tell which city/town should be mentioned for the work history in EE profile section if the work location (city where work is performed and written in the body of job letter) is different than the company's main address (city written in the letter head of job letter)? Thank you!

Hello. What if a person's Education was for example - a Bachelors in Mass Communications (Advertising major) but while creating an Express Entry profile - the online form does NOT provide any option for any of these Media/ Communications/Advertising as the FIELD of STUDY? In such a case what would the correct Field of Study?? Please help..

Hi, I just want to ask if its ok to receive a gift deed to my SISTER IN LAW??? 1. my wife is accompanying me. plus our main pof are all in our joint account. 2. around 15% of our POF comes from her gift. is it ok? or is it a red flag from the officer? 3. Also, would it be fine if i include the name of my wife in the giftdeed document to strengthen and to emphasize close tie with the donor? 4. and lastly, since i havent received ITA yet, (already have nomination) im still accumulating funds and by the end of the year ill be increasing our POF by 20-30%.

For settlement funds amount number is the number you enter how much you have in the account + yearly salary? I.e. 13k in my account and my annual salary is 50k = $63k? Or u just enter the 13k?

Hey! I got ITA from express entry. Can I just show my husbands ( secondary)bank statements as proof of fund along with NOC or is it mandatory for me to show my bank statements too (being primary)? I am unemployed from May 2022 and dont have sufficient funds

Hi. I don’t have a college degree, but I’ve been living here since April 2022, have a significant amount of savings and have a Director level role with a Canadian company for over 12 months (unsure of NOC code, will need to check) Do you think the lack of degree will be an issue. If so, should I apply under my partner? She is similar to me, good job and savings here but she has a masters.

Thanks for the info! In my case, I'm going to be 50% sponsored by my father and the other 50% will come from selling my car. However, I'll only have those funds once I get my ITA (I have a 478 CRS under FSW program) so they'll only be for 1-2 months in my bank account. Will that be a problem?

Can my saved up pension benefits of CAD 34,000 be sufficient proof of funds for a family of 6 intending to migrate to Canada via express entry. I am 40 and these are funds saved in a retirement benefit scheme in which I’m a member. The monies are payable at retirement age of 60 or upon successful immigration.

Does this money necessarily have to be in one's own account? Can it be a sponsor's bank statements?

The money needs to be in your name. It can be in your spouse's name, but you need proof you have access to their accounts.

No, if you are eligible to apply for PR under Express Entry ( Federal Skilled Worker Class), the employment requirements listed for the NOC don't apply. Working as a school teacher may qualify under NOC 4011 but I have to check your job letter from work to make sure that you can use NOC 4011. Rest assured it doesn't matter that educational qualification matches with your current job or not for Canadian Immigration.

Do you think this could a valid reason for ineligibility plz? Also, no explanation was given to me at all
