Oistens Fish Fri is a must do and you described it in the way I experienced it. However, I heard of the hustlers and yup, someone tried to hustle me when I went to get some Banks beer at Tiger Market on the north side of the street. I enjoyed the bustle but enjoyed more Hole Town and the west side over Bridgetown. I was there on Last years night 2019 (aka new years eve) and Bridgetown was a crazy place downtown otherwise everything was shutdown.
