Wow! What a view!! You guys dont get scared to hit trees? You guys go very fast. What does powder means? Loose snow? Sorry, I dont know anything about skiing, learning with your videos ☺️ Your kids are so hilarious! Love it! 🥰♥️
Powder means fresh snow. If there temperature is cold when the snow falls. It will form powder like texture. Fresh snow is the most fun to ski (once you learn how to) and it is so hard to get, so it becomes holygrail. Japan is famous for frequent snow fall so you have better chance if skiing powder. :)
Awesome video. You guys were very lucky! This season been pretty terrible compared to normal. I am curious if you skied in Honshu before? I can highly recommend Nozawa Onsen, Shiga Kogen. My kids also really like Hakuba 47/Goryu but they are younger and not as good yet!
Not yet! This was our first visit to Japan, loved it and already booked a trip back next winter. Hopefully coronavirus is gone by next year. Definitely plan to hit Honshu area in the future for sure. We love to visit different ski resorts.
Loving those shades! Two places I have always wanted to go! I had no idea Japan was a ski destination! So interesting! Sounds like it’s pretty special too! Great video! Hope you all have been healthy and well! 💕❤️
Yes, skiing is big in Japan. I have read they have as many ski resorts as US, which is crazy. They also have the best snow. Check it out when you start traveling full time.
We were there for about 9 days. spent a week skiing and 2 days in tokyo. Could definitely stay longer for skiing for sure. Snow is so good and food is so good, as you know.
