First of all, let's take 400 g of minced meat, 1 glass of fine bulgur, 1 grated onion, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chili pepper and half a teaspoon of black pepper into a suitable zucchini. Let's knead it with our hands until all the ingredients are mixed well.
After our mixture is collected, let it rest for 10 minutes if possible.
