Tope, Stingray, Undulate, Thornback and Painted Ray part 2
This is the second part of what was an incredible three days fishing in Tralee bay. A massive, massive thank you to Liz, Paddy, Shane and Connie for there help in making such a great video possible. Also, a massive thank you to everyone who took the time to watch part 1. Its been no joke getting thru all the footage so I really hope that its up to scratch and it makes you want to visit this wonderful part of the country.

Just watched this video sat on my exercise bike. Had an extremely shabby one in Dingle last week, just 1 pollack, 1 thornback ray, a small conger and 3 small eyes (painted rays) best 8lb 14oz.

How ya Chris 👋 in the video you mentioned you were using a low diameter line. What diameter was it out of interest and the breaking strain also.

Fantastic video. What bait did you use& at what stage of the tide did you catch the fish? Love all your videos,I fish off Mayo coast but have little luck Hoping to improve after watching all your footage😁

Hey Isabel all them fish came off plain good quality frozen mackerel on the coming tide. What beaches do you fish up there? I've fished a good few comps up that neck of the woods

@@Inshore_Angler Thanks for reply Chris. I’ve mostly fished at Kilcummin & Lachlan piers& off the rocks. ( without much success) I’ve tried Ross strand& Lachlan strand& Barthra beach. Am going to try Enniscrone as soon as I can. Have fished Enniscrone pier quite a bit too. Unfortunately I’m just not much good at it but I keep trying,as I just love it😁

Hi Chris I was at fenit pier yesterday 6 hours and only had two bites and hooked onto my first dogie but it came of what setup should i use for dog fish

Dogfish can be finicky eaters so it's always best to give them a bit of time to get the bait in their mouth and never strike on the first bite. It's smart to let the bite develop and give it 2 to 3 mins then lift into it
