I remember when Dancing in the Moonlight, back in the day, lol, when it first got airplay. I loved this song then and it stands the test of time because I still love this feel good tune. Thanks for sharing the video!
@Charlie Austin I did mate seeing top loader who I grew up listening to...... Got all band signatures and there play list.. I was lucky to be working next to them, as I worked on security for that event. Was amazing mate. Shame about some of the customers
Its only me or when i heard this song i got some memories of like a old life that i dont remember like a deja vue ??? Memories of maybe my precedent life
Sono.... see TopLoader live (like many of us have the past 2-3 years) and you will not think they suffer from any digestive track problems.... they are SUPER and a pleasure to experience
I recognize the Nord Stage 2 he’s playing the organ parts on. But what Kawai Piano is he playing exactly? Such an awesome song! Can’t stop watching the video 😄
True, but you can't seriously deny that's it's a brilliant cover they made. I agree that nothing beats the original but this comes damn close if you ask me.
The real one that wrote this is Sherman Kelly in 1970. He and his girlfriend were attacked on St. Thomas Island. A gang of natives beat almost to death and the leader raped his girlfriend. So he wrote this song because he envisioned a world that was happy and dancing in the moonlight, instead of the shit that he went through on St. Thomas Island.
