Topo Phantom 3 - update at 270 miles 

After 235 miles, I can't say enough good things about my P3. It's my go-to daily trainer for up to 14 miles. Not looking forward to retiring it. Cheers, Jay.

Honestly I liked the Experience Flow at first but after running in my Topos the following day I’m starting to think the newer versions of zip foam and obviously the pebax in the cyclones make Topo the better brand. I have considerably less soreness, can go faster, and just like the fit a little better in Topo shoes.

The duel lace stays on the Ultrafly 4 fail at keeping the tongue centered in my experience. I had the same experience with the Magnifly 4, I think the dual lace stays are a magnificent idea as one element of tongue security; the MT-4 by Topo Athletics has three elements of tongue security that I wish Topo Athletics would implement in all their shoes, dual lace stays, a gusseted tongue and double centered loops to feed the laces through. I currently have the Atmos sitting in my closet but it's the Boston White version which I'll save for August and September, the Phantom is on my radar and I might pick it up tomorrow. The duel lace stays on both these shoes seem to be positioned in a slightly different manner that might be more effective in keeping the centered ( I hope ) in any event I wish that all shoe companies would do a better job at preventing tongue migration.🦋👣
