We had a Toppers for like 3 years in Loveland, CO and it was the definition of "sounds good on paper." It was more expensive and always a let down, giving it like 5 or 6 tries. No one seemed surprised when it closed permanently.

Agree, you put all those ingredients in Mac n cheese and would be great. We have Toppers in Ottawa, Ontario Canada and they are really good. But I don’t think I would go with a pizza that exotic.

That pizza was made all messed up. The noodles are supposed to get cheese on top of them, the crust is just too big and it needs the cheddar chees on top. Also, it's supposed to be drizzled with ranch and mild sauce. I'm sorry you didn't get what you paid for.
