For anyone not understanding the build: The facet changes the main attribute to Strength but lowers cooldown with a high Agi/Str ratio up to 60% CDR. Meaning, you want to morph into Agi to get the CDR, even though your base damage becomes shit as it now scales with strength. You basically can't decently right click anymore. BUT you get the 60% CDR, lowering adaptive strike CD from 10 to 4 seconds and waveform from 12 to 4.8 seconds. Add Octarine and you have an over 300 damage movement spell on 3.6 seconds CD and a ~500 damage nuke on 3 seconds cooldown. Not to mention other CDR benefits for TP and other items (e.g. Phylactery) as well.
