Another 2 hour compilation of fishing, this time it is topwater fishing in creeks and small rivers. Some wading and some kayaking for smallmouth, spotted bass, largemouth, shoal bass and some northern Pike.

This is so relaxing. This gentlefisherman is the Mr. Rogers of anglers. You can tell he respects his adversary, the fish & also digs the water. I love it when he explores a new waterway. The Bible verse is a perfect way to end the day. Well done, my friend.

The joy of catching that fish at 42:19 is only something you can feel after hours of wading through a creek over rocks under the sun, only to be rewarded with a monster. Happened to me recently looking for smallmouth in one of John's places, and I wouldn't have been after those fish without this channel.

I use forceps from harbor freight and put them on a lanyard. Best way I've found to dehook most freshwater fish.

Great video bud. It was exciting to watch the amount of fish and different species on that one style lure and theres nothing better than fiahing a smaller river wading through the waters.

At my ol swimming hole again. Good o Dayton. They are smallmouth in that stream. Not alot anymore. The floods and changes in the last 45 years. That bridge in town used to be 4 to 6 feet deep before they changed the flow. Hate it. It was loaded with smallies then.

Cool video! I actually bought a whopper plopper 60 in bluegill today (before I watched this video). I also got some other bfs stuff, a Rapala husky jerk (glass minnow) that's only like 1/8 oz. or 3 grams. I picked up a pack of small megabass hazedong swimbaits too. I need to get fishing soon! I've been throwing Hellgrammites lately texas rigged with a 1/16 bullet weight, but haven't really caught much I got one good bite on Friday, but missed it on the ear worm colored Yum hellgrammite. I thought I had figured something out because it hit 1st cast after changing to that color, but no more bites...FishOn...jimi

Up here in Illinois I tried the frog out a decent amount over the last year and got some hits but only caught 2 frogs with it never a fish haha

I saw you with FishingWithChris. He put out a good video. You were using his KastKing set up, and I was wondering what you thought or think of KastKing products. I have researched the products and over all I have read that it is not for the experience or pros. A couple of reviews disagreed. What do you think of Kastking?
