How can ancient rituals be meaningful to us today?
Korbanot mean much more than "sacrifices", and even much more than "offerings".
By "bringing something closer" to the Divine, we are invited to bring our full selves closer to the Source of Life.
And this is an invitation for us to develop two essential midot (character traits) that can guide our relationship not only to God, but also to Life, and to others.
