The front fork is practically useless due to the high stiff spring.

This bicycle is not up to the mark that they are claiming in the video. I have faced many issues and the service department is of no use. The issues are mainly cropping up mainly due to cheaper components. The battery has degraded within 7 months (after ~ 1600km) now I'm getting mileage of ~ 25 to 30km with a 15Ah battery.

I am into the EV business. The 36 Volt, 20 Ah Lithium ion battery, should give about 60 Kilometres per Charge on Throttle mode. Most of the features of Rudra 2.0 are useful

The seat is fixed, it is wide enough and very comfortable. I got the bicycle in July this year and by then they had started to provide wider seats. May not look very trendy, it's super comfortable.
