Same as most seaside towns ...full of bedsits now! I'm born and live in....in torquay lived in plymouth and Brighton and they are the same

We visited Torquay August last year. Lovely Marina and lots of beautiful flowers everywhere. Also had a day trip to Dawlish and the weather was sunny for all 4 days :)
