Great video, brings back memories ,i used to work at the Imperial hotel by the harbor, the big 5 star on the cliff , many years ago, Babbacombe Downs, i no it well , stopped there on holiday, and again had a great time, and your right, the views are fantastic ,

I’ll be videoing that in the morning part of Torquay town centre as I believe it’s changed quite a lot since I last visited do you remember the palace Hotel on Babbacombe Road? That has all been knocked down and developed into houses which is such a shame as it was such an iconic building again many thanks and I hope you enjoy the rest of the videos and thank you for sharing your experience in Torquay, all the very best and take care, Paul.

Great video. Have watched all your videos. We were in Blackpool last weekend, and my son was captured in one of your videos last Sunday when it was raining and really windy. He was over the moon 😊

Hi David NM. Hope you're well. You should definitely visit Torquay it's so picturesque and some lovely places around to visit. You can get a boat from the harbour that takes you down to Dartmouth,great trip and lovely little place to visit. Take care 😊x

I will be heading towards Torquay town centre this morning and then heading to Paignton and then Brixham plenty to film and yes Brixham is an amazing place. I used to live two doors away from Ray Reardon which was his hometown Brixham again I’ll be capturing many of the shops landscapes and also the great harbour. good morning Linda and many thanks for the comment and watching another video. Yes Torquay is so quaint and quirky with all the little shops and alleyways. It’s also steeps in rich history one of which is smugglers cave just near mead foot beach. the hotel which I’m staying in is great just had breakfast just gonna get ready for another days videoing so much to do in such a small amount of time and many thanks for this though you’ve been commenting for many months now really do appreciate it hope you enjoy the other videos will be coming out soon as many places in Torquay Cockington Brixham and all the very best take care, Paul

Torquay looks absolutely stunning and very clean and tidy. But to be fair it doesn't get massive numbers of stags and hens and unruly visitors that mess the place up like they do in Blackpool.

hi Scott and many thanks for watching and also your comment and yes totally agree. Torquay doesn’t get the numbers like Blackpool gets it’s not a place for stags and hen parties. I guess it’s a place for relaxation and possibly the older class again has some of the most stunning views in the United Kingdom, which I’m sure. you and many other visible agree in regards to entertainment and atmosphere nothing beats Blackpool to be fair and in the next video we should be out tomorrow you can see Torquay has changed considerably, which is quite shocking. good morning Anthony and many thanks for your comment and watching the video to be fair. I haven’t been down for a few years now and things have changed just in the short few hours. I’ve been here. I’m going to be capturing many more videos around Torquay, Brixham and painting. i’ve spoke to a few locals who have been really chatty and they said sadly Torquay has gone downhill. Slight bit but what’s new? It’s like that in most towns I guess nowadays anyway all the best and take care. Hope you enjoy the future Torquay videos Paul

Holidayed there nearly 36 years ago at Babbacombe ,getting the "train" down the cliff to go to the beach.Think parts are collapsing now and fenced off

However the Baban Cliff Railway is still in operation and looks fantastic alongside the stunning views. Hope you enjoyed the video and brought back some nice memories. Good evening Paul,wow loving this , remember walking down to the beach on the road in babbacombe,wasn't great coming back up,don't think I'd manage it nowadays. Is the miniature model village still there? Lovely gardens the flower beds always looked spectacular there. We love Torquay,such a beautiful place, love going to cockington village, with the lovely thatched cottages,and Three Tuns pub,I think, loved walking up to the little old church and visiting the craft shops. Oh happy memories thanks so much, we should have gone on a coach trip, but got cancelled due to the pandemic 😢. Great vlog thanks for sharing see you in the next one, bye for now take care 😊x

It’s okay going down it’s coming back up. That’s the main thing I’m going to be visiting Paignton and Brixham tomorrow. We will also be doing a video on Torquay town centre as I believe that has changed Last few years also Cockington is an amazing place like you said we will be doing a video possibly live from Cockington, which is absolutely an amazing place. It’s a shame that you’re Cancelled but with the pandemic most things unfortunately did get cancelled.
