There are two small pins inside the nozzle point, and three holes, right, not three pins? I have a little bit of white/grey smoke from the exhaust, is that the whole injector that needs replacement or just the nozzles? thank you in advance!

hello i have a 1.6 tdci focus 2010 109 hp i have 2 injector that have to much diesel on return line what can i do?....ohhh and my car sometimes shackes verry violently when i accelerate betwen 1900 and 2200 rpm
This common rail injectors is not adjusted to its nominal opening pressure? or may I say calibrated to the correct opening pressure as per engine manual? do this injector can be fitted directly to the engine with out calibration after nozzle tip replacement? how we can ascertain that this fuel injectors opening on the correct pressure specified on the engine manual? hopefully you answers my question, thank you....
That is not the way a common rail injection system works. There is no cracking pressure spec for these injectors. The injection pressure is set by the high-pressure (CP3/CP4) pump control system and told when to open/close by the solenoid on the top of the injector.
Thank you for the video! I just have one question please. do the injectors need to be calibrated after the new nozzles and pins are installed? or it's exactly the way you showed us in this video and they are ready to go back in?
Some time later I am after the endings replacement. I did the reassembly on marks I did before I started. Measurring it with dynamo wrench it was closer to 70Nm. Definitely much more than 50Nm. Injectors from Siemens Continental for 1.5 dci Renault.

Advice : never over tighten the injectors, I once took one apart, the control valve Was discoloured from the pressure and heat, always use a torque wrench and don't go crazy on it.
