Ingredienti:

3 uova
4 cucchiai di farina
1 bustina di lievito secco

Rivestire una teglia con la carta forno, bagnata e strizzata, versare il composto e cuocere a 180° per 40 minuti in forno ventilato.
Levare dal forno, mettere sopra il formaggio e rimettere in forno per 10 minuti, 180° forno ventilato.
