Very interesting lecture. Now, in light of trespassing to land, without consent, what would be the physical damage and non physical damage on the land?

Fascinating lecture. I’m really interested in this part of law. We didn’t talk about criminal trespass or the handing of $50 fine for dog shit legislation.

I was at a block festival passing out literature when I was told by a police officer that I would be arrested for trespassing if I didn’t leave immediately because the person who got the permit to have this block party, that was open to the public, told me that I had to leave. Even though I was on public streets, the police said that when someone gets a permit, it makes that public space private until the event is over. Is the police correct or were they violating my rights to distribute literature in public?

owner suffered loss because the owner paid the companies bill now has a invoice to prove loss of profit for the trademark this is the damage

what if You buy a trademark (land/property) and you wonna put a "class" (house/bundle of rights) on the trademark (Proof of use etc...) some COMPANY USES my trademark (before it was trademark in USPTO) and the owner of the trademark send the company a cease and desist telling the same company STOP USING the trademark now, you have used in the pass but that stops now here is proof (an old bill), they got 30 days to answer but they dont and now they have acquiesced, and you can prove that they were served via registered (certify) mail and have video of the paperwork served on them and sealed the envelope on video and date and time, the company used it again by sending a bill KNOWINGLY with your trademark (COUNTERFEIT WILFULLY) on the company bill so they can benefit, the trademark owner suffers loss, actual damages is proven this act should be an trademark infringement what do you think? Tort from hell lol
