Torture on trucks? 【E3】Pure sound compilation of heavily overload trucks.extremely dangerous! If You Enjoy My video, Donate Here: paypal.me/chinatruckfan
In the lowest gear, a semi tractor is easily pushing 30,000+ ftlb at the drive axels. The dozen people with the rope are doing literally nothing, and just a huge safety risk.
You are definitely right! it would be enough to apply a bit of logic in doing things, but in some countries it seems that the brain is not used....🙄🙄😞😞😞
The same AH that is forcing the crew to overload every truck is also forcing that crew to push the trucks out of the yard. How're them trucks going to climb the first hill they'll encounter out of the yard? The AH doesn't care cause an AH is an AH is AH...
you can have all the torque and power on the world it will do nothing if the ground is slippery...all you need is wet road and you are done if you stop in the middle of the hill.
And some of you guys complain about Chinese truck quality...... Their domestic market is has so much torture for their trucks than the international market.
@@howlingbeats2544 china have similar rules too, most of these videos are inside construction sites, factories or in rural areas which if no one reports and nothing will happen.
The person who uploaded the video did it for the sake of curiosity. Most of these aren't on regular roads, they're inside factories, and many of the videos are 10 years old.
And that county is China. They abuse the crap out of their own trucks. Their manufacturers has to catch up to their abuse by toughening out their trucks. And the exported trucks also get the same treatment but with a much stricter controls on overload, the exported trucks gets to enjoy a much relax life compared to their domestic brothers.

The more crossmembers you break on your truck; the wider your truck becomes. Just weld the broken frame back up and fit a bit more cargo on your next load!
Ini membuktikan kualitas mobil tiongkok bermutu tinggi. Karena tuntutan pasar mereka sangat ketat. Hanya truk bermutu tinggi yang mampu bertahan dipasar.
@@zulfiazhari5412сомнительная выгода, мало того что ресурс транспорта быстрее уходит, так ещё и топливо с двух буксирных тракторов расходуется в конских количествах... Уж лучше карьерный самосвал.
Absolutely - they're insanely overloaded, not to mention the strain on the truck, plus the obvious flouting of health and safety, not to mention good old fashioned common sense !

Every vehicle has it weight limit. But who needs it, right? Don't get me wrong - I love trucks, especially old ones, but this is just torturing every moving part in it plus it's extremely dangerous and stupid sometimes, like those guys PULLING the car up on a slope. Geez...
nope. they regularly load it to excess of 100 tons gross. The rigid 12 wheelers caps at 120 tons. The tractor trailers can reach close to 200 tons gross. They even have an exclusive trailer axle that has a max load of 18~20 tons. Outside of China, you can only find axles with max load of 12~13 tons.
In the first vid they could tie the trucks all together and they would pull each other out making it faster,or they could just put gravel and not waste their time there 💀
So that is a load of gravel. density 1.8 ton/m3. 12 meter long, 2.4 meter wide and about 1.8 meter high. Firstly that would be like 93 tons, that is heck of a overload. That truck is probobly made to carry grain or something like that. That would be (just considering the mechanical construction of the truck not the rules of the road) be a total mass of about 60 ton, and a net mass of about 40. Anyway, i can´t quite see what the grade is, lets say 1:20. Grades are usually a lot lower than they look like they are, so 1:20 is not impossibe. That is 20 ton truck with a 90 ton load, so 110 tons, on a 1:20 grade. You would need 5.5 ton of pull force to pull it up the hill. They are say 20 people pushing. each person can push say 30kg., that is 600kg push force. That would be 10% of the total force needed. Actually more than i thought, still... well. it probobly would be better just go with speed up the hill
Moving this shit for these trucks isn’t actually the problem. The load on the suspension is the first issue. Then getting the traction to pull this shit is the next. These trucks will haul ass no issues.
Они думают что такие нагрузки на автомобиль пройдут их стороной,а по итогу их ждёт потеря времени,финансов на ремонт и в первую очередь риски безопасности самих водителей этих перегрузов.😂
