In only the 1st couple minutes I thought this is getting way too carried away... just because it seems to feel cheap in person doesn't mean that it actually is, until you got to PU, and then I almost fell over lol.... I can't believe they would put that out there. I thought only some bags at the outlet were made out of polyurethane. A while ago I bought a vegan 'leather' bag, but it was accurately described by the seller. I should have known that I would hate vegan 'leather' as much as I did! The bag I bought was beautifully made and 100% as described so I am not complaining. The fault was mine! But they actually described your bag as lamb skin? That is a shocking error. Really shocking!

I got this bag as a gift and the chain started chipping 1 week after I started using it. Customer service wouldn't do anything because it was purchased at the store and there is no stores in my area to return it. I looked at used Tory Burch items online and it looks like most of their products chip on the chains and logo.

My first thought even before you said anything was “it looks so cheap”, plus the flap is uneven. Wow ! Unbelievable ! All that money for a PU bag ! I hope TB is not dropping the ball on their quality. Glad I didn’t buy that bag , my daughter wanted it for Christmas. Thanks Joshie Michael ! ❤️😘

I was shown this bag by an SA in the store. I asked if it was lambskin like the others. She said it was but had a plastic/rubber type coating to create the flat black appearance. It looked like it was made from old tires. I think they were trying for a Black -on-black Chanel flap from a few years ago.

Why would Saks sell you a faux leather Fleming bag? That doesn't make any sense to me. I stumbled upon a scam Tory Burch website, that looked real and had really low prices. I reported it to Tory Burch customer service 1.5 weeks ago and it is still up and running. I wondered how many people are getting ripped off there. Well, sorry to hear you got a bag like that. I would expect more from Saks! Also, I just received my Fleming hobo today (ordered from Tory Burch website), and it is beyond beautiful! It feels and smells soooo good!

Ok so there's no real education in this video so I'll let you guys know that the rubberized bag is a vegan version of the Fleming leather bag. It does not feel cheap different yes but not cheap as a vegan I very much appreciate this bag.
