i've been eyeing this bag for several years, and finally pulled the trigger. That tassel is the main reason I liked the completed look. It is SOOOO frustrating. There's really no ideal to put it. Should be able to add to the strap hook, but as you noted, it's just a smidge too big. I'm so annoyed. other than that, it's beautiful, but......$$$$

After wearing it non stop for 1 month now it does have a few scratches because the leather is VERY soft but nothing too bad.

I have it in the bigger size and I just took it out of the packaging today... wore it to work... im home now and there are scratches ALL over the smooth part.... WHAT THE HECK? I think I am going to pack it up and return it! SO SAD

Will the chain scratch the bag overtime?

Not that I notice.... There are a few scratches but I don't think they are from the chain.... It will more so be from your nails/surfaces

I would say yes if you are careless. Mine has a few scratches but they don't bother me that much. If you are going to be using the bag for outings that include being frivolous (clubbing, bar hopping, throwing it around) I probably wouldnt recommend the bag but with that being said- it is not a "sensitive" bag.

If you aren't careful it will scratch but I am very hard with the bag and it is in good condition still

It honestly depends on your lifestyle. I prefer smaller bags so this one was perfect for me but if you need more space the small might not work for you!

@@hayleysroom I got the small one! lol You made a good point about larger bags not being dressy, I want it for both casual and a little dressier (date night, girls night out). I just got it yesterday, I love it! Its honestly larger than it looks, holds all my essentials pretty well! Thanks for your help!
