But the judge should've also took the gag order off before the conviction because nothing in that trial pointed towards him. Kelsey (the actual shooter) admitted she lied about most of the events happened that night on that stand & even ask for full immunity, gun fragments went missing, and the fact that the eyewitness changed his story after being pulled to the side by Roc Nation showed that the trial was a fixed situation that Tory knew he wasn't gonna win in, regardless if he is innocent.. And that's what should've alerted us all right there, fan or not.. The Judicial System is crooked, and the situation didn't do anything but divided black men & women even further on some nonsense. I believe the sentence is too severe. Instead, he should be released under the condition that he attends anger management and substance abuse programs. It is important to consider that he is a talented musician and has a young son who would suffer greatly if his father were imprisoned for most of his childhood. If Tory Lanez violates these conditions, then he should be sent back to prison to serve his original sentence. However, I believe that giving him an opportunity for genuine rehabilitation is more beneficial than locking him away for ten years, especially considering that most ordinary individuals would only receive probation or a maximum of three years for a similar crime. It is evident that the excessive attention surrounding this case has led to an exaggerated punishment.

He did it, look at his history kicked out of his fathers house at eleven, his father should be in jail. He was kicked out of his brothers house. He was kicked out of his grandmothers house, according to Red Flag podcast he was kicked out twenty high schools four of those case were felony’s.
