D.) The FBI found Taxstone's DNA and prints on the clip of the gun. E.) Taxstone was caught on tape witness tampering. Not to mention pimping out his own sister. F.) Casanova was caught on tape implicating Taxstone in the crime of firing the gun. Vlad, if you are going to pretend to be an impartial journalist, at least present the facts. We're all the human race, I don't need someone who's got the same ethnic background as me to learn things off. It's the strangest thing, I know there's historical reasons however in this day and age it's better to learn from anyone you can and learn more

To add to that, the errors would also have to be extreme enough where IF those errors were not committed, the results of the case would have been different. For instance, the appellate court can find errors were made but they did not change the outcome of the case.
