Hi James, if you do read these ever I just want to say what a wonderful person you've been for so many in the last few years. You are one of the few that is in the mainstream UK media that actually is able to speak with seem decency and honesty. I'm not awake when you are live but I am always watching these uploads. Please keep going.
I have autism, and adult ADHD, a vegetable huh? Let me tell you what this vegetable does day to day, I'm classed as unfortunately unfit for work, I don't like it, but that's the cards I'm dealt, luckily, I have a family id wanted my whole life and I'm able to game, so you might say what can I offer? I have a physically disabled adopted mother, who's 55, was gonna vote reform, she's awaiting right hip surgery, has arthritis and fibromyalgia, and spinal stenosis, is on two sticks, we managed to work around my spontaneity of ADHD, and my routine of autism, minus my occasional anger outburst, to make a way so that I don't always have to interact, but so that I can help her, I have high level severe autism and severe adult ADHD, yet I manage to look after her, and 1% look after myself, autism is a very varied spectrum, yes there are an awful lot of people like me, worse off because they're mute, but to even insinuate that we cannot contribute to any part of life, or that we are nothing more than vegetables, is unimaginably disgusting, my mother will be voting differently tomorrow, and I couldn't be prouder of her, I've been sat here aghast for five minutes, and whether this is a bot, or some troll, it is absolutely horrifyingly disgusting, and immeasurably astounding.
Im sorry youve been made to feel that way but think your mum maybe was slightly misguided in thinking of voting for reform.but shame its taken her child being belittled to reconsider this wasted vote.reform is full of vile people like this.stay strong for both your mum and yourself.i really hope others consider their vote too.
@@thebubbaking8147 no worries.there are still plenty of people in our country with genuine compassion and empathy for others.farage and johnson arent amongst their number.dont listen to hateful opinions cos there worth nothing.
@@timthegallant ah a thrilling update, "it's all media bluster, ironic this came out now before polling tomorrow, they wouldn't say that about autism, I care about immigration and the beaches and the world my three granddaughters will grow up in (she also hates Bradford as a city), that's why om gonna vote reform" How delightful from my own adopted mom At least I'll always have like-minded understanding people here. Well that was. Gut punch, anyway thank you for your understanding
Farage said way back in 2014 that he wants an American-styled healthcare system. Reform, as far as I can tell (because they're extreme right-wing) would not invest in public services. You look at the breakdown of their tax plans, and it greatly benefits the ultrarich. It would be like voting Tory on steroids.
@@archvaldor Because he isn't as insane as the torries we don't like him we just think going to sunak/Boris/truss to him is a great improvement we are very excited for
@@archvaldor if any politician (or any person for that matter) is the lesser of two evils, they inherently and by definition *are* and represent less evil. No sane person ever chooses more evil over less evil.
I remember that poor woman who couldn't get to her daughter who died by suicide. She was crying on Sheila Fogarty's show. For me, that was one of the things I'll never forget.
Actually he looks like the love child of Fabricant. Fabricant who ive e seen talking like some one out of Eastenders! Normally he speaks with a posh voice! Whats that all about?
Having Boris Johnson the biggest liar ever in the tory party. rallying for tory for your support to the tories is like asking Doctor Harold Shipman too visit her in her hours of need. VERY DESPERATE
Boris Johnson being wheeled out is exactly the same desperation Alan Partridge showed when trying to save his BBC career when he said, "Monkey Tennis?"
Oh notice the quote from the letter to his dad? The network of obligations one? Well he clearly got his worldview from his dad because Johnson snr got off his flight resulting in a cancellation for 180 other people because he wanted to get off at that airport and SOD EVERYONE ELSE. Notice a similarity?
Im hoping for a kinder more compassionate government and in turn society.perhaps pie in the sky.but one thing is for sure.well be rid of a compassionless and unempathetic government who wont be able to carry out their attack on the disabled and mentally unwell.but as long as we have farage loons and deluded boris johnson fans the fight for the countries soul will go on.
I've never known a time of such hatred, bile and vitiol - but all from the left, I'm afraid. The charmless, "tolerant" 'agree with me or you're cancelled' brigade? Kinder and more compassionate??? Who has physically attacked Nigel Farage? Not right wingers, is it? Who orchestrates the vicious attacks on JK Rowling? Kinder and compassionate? Don't make me laugh! Nigel Farage is worth a million of you lot!
Our Labor leader did the same in our last election here in Australia, he did not give the government at that time any ammunition, he ran a tight election campaign , did not react to any barbs and it drove them mad.
Haven't been this excited since 1997, out dancing in a basement to indie tunes with a tiny tv in the corner, whole room cheering on the hoofing out of those next tuesdays last time, fingers crossed. Vote.
Danny Kruger "MBE" attended Oxford University. They should withdraw his degree on account of the dribble he uttered! Drivel even - beg your pardon! Perhaps drivel dribbled.
Johnathon Pie and James O'brien podcast could be THE BEST thing since sliced bread. Call it the Jim, john and Tom Podcast. OR Me Myself and I With Jono and Jimi
I really loved James blatantly cutting hyper emphasis on saying IAN DALES SHOW. Lolololo. The passive aggressive disdain was palpable ;-) and rightly so.
We have just had our conservative candidate have David Cameron giving his full support and recommending we vote for Will Tanner a cronie of Sunak by the way who doesn't even live in the constituency. That should help him a lot.
for a party led by lazy useless parasities, to impute the opposition taking Friday evening off is just gross. whether it was a Sabath dinner or just chilling with friends does not matter.
I wonder how much the Tories paid Johnson for his appearance? A brand new walk-in freezer? Pick up his child maintenance bill? An appointment to the Lords?
This political year has motivated me into approaching societal and political action to help everyone out of the pit and bring us all together. We need renewed hope as a country.
Well said ....best conversation.... a truth has been said... polstitions dont set a exampl to the young people or any other group of people for that matter 😮
I’d of been livid / throwing punches and crying - everything- if my dad or mum had died and I was told I couldn’t be at their side or funeral it’s absolutely disgusting
The idea that starmer has ran some kind of fantastically hopeful and appealing election campaign is ridiculous. He's done very little to inspire the hope for change, because he's not offering much change. The Tories have imploded their own party with infighting, corruption to the max, and devoid of so much morality they make Ghengis Khan look like a saint.
The character of Biff from Back to the future wasnt based on Donald Trump although in Back to the future 2 he was ! But in an alternate timeline, half truths from your man again lol jk but the look on Faragé when he realised he had to stay in Clacton, does he even know where Clacton is ? he lives in Europe doesn't he !?
Perhaps we deserve 24/7 MPs. I’m expecting a flood of Tory MPs resigning from their supplementary jobs. Directorships, tax advisors to foreign countries AND of course show hosts on failing TV news shows. No probably not.
I fell asleep, listening to the news where, eventually this came on and then I realized as I woke up I'm having nightmares and I don't know if it was the content or if I already was inclined o have nightmares. I'm in American and I don't understand what is happening to my country. Worse yet I feel like there's nowhere to run .
Starmer has given them plenty, but as they both have the same allegiances its not in their interest to pursue it. James your duplicity over Diane Abbott is also noted.
21:28 sorry for your loss man. I have completely dismissed that useless person Boris can go on any TV screen and not a single word would i hear from him.
Insufferable guy, very clear which way his political views sway. Rush to the phone to turn him off when I hear him. Educate people and be professional whilst being impartial. Deliver and dissect the news and stop shoving your opinion on people. We are going to have a labour goverment there’s no two ways about it. For the country’s sake I hope they do well. But let’s be realistic things will get worse
His (O'Brien) is not a news show, it is opinion/talk show based on the issues of the day, or issues that the host thinks to be important as a phone-in topic. You don't have to watch/listen, you can also ensure that his programme is not recommended on your phone/device.
@@mickreaddin4979 I’ve listened to him a few times now, I understand its important to listen to a variety of peoples ideas and construct your own opinion to be more diverse in thinking, but unfortunately I disagree with a lot of what he says and his views are often very unbalanced. He articulates himself well but I assure you I run to the phone whilst I do the dishes to turn it off more than likely now. It’s not a news show but a large platform it’s still important to critically analyse all view points. But I understand where you are coming from completely I’ll just set my notifications to do not show for this content. Have a lovely day and enjoy voting 🙌
@@mitchSwims I often disagree with his own takes on issues, and I will also listen to voices that do not share my politics. You're right, his delivery is often engaging, but I understand it's not to everyone's taste. Enjoy the rest of your day, and don't forget to vote.
