Thanks Nick, Well, Torrey Canyon FarNow is a lead balloon to Wellington. She's on many trusts & committees & gets paid an additional stipend for each even though she is not able to attend all the meetings scheduled. WHO THE HELL DOES SHE THINK SHE IS by assuming that she can increase the rates on a property y 10% or so to galvanise action from the owners? Thorndon Quay is a bloody disaster & the rate payers are paying for the WCC incompetence. This goes for the LTP & the abortive LGWM schemes. Torrey Canyon, with her council mates & executive are not worth even 10% of what they're paid. God help us all.

She's pretty full of herself. I would rate Tory as probably in the 5 most useless mayors of New Zealand. For Wellingtons" sake, hopefully a 1 term mayor
