I think it's just human nature with a lot of narcissists or abusive personalities. My friend and neigbor just left one who would flaunt his affairs and tell the affairs he wishes he was with them instead, but after she left he did a 180 on that. And I believe he was sincere both ways. It's interesting to watch.

Yes, this sounds like a typical scenario, unfortunately. How fortunate are you to recognize that he was simply serving as a host. This is helpful when it comes to forgiving this other person for their actions. While we can't excuse their behavior, we can understand it, and recognize that they are being used as a vessel due to their own traumas, just as we are being used as a target due to our own traumas. It's a lose-lose for both. The only way to avoid this happening is to do the healing work and to protect ourselves from anyone with this sort of entity attachment. The cognitive dissonance and confusion is the worst part, because it really is like something is turning them on and off. That cognitive dissonance that you suffer is the food it feeds on. When I finally closed my energy off to her, things went crazy for both of us. Terrible things happened to her, and I had very disturbing dreams of being attacked by her (or something in her form).

@@Nattleby ohhh that crap is always there, the dissonance is literally insane u can't understand or even get it right no matter what u do, its like u can't get rid of it at all... And what do u mean by terrible things? Since she's attacking u its possible to use ur own channeling/force or psyche to push her away.

@@DaRkMaiDeN I closed my energy off and was able to push her away. I heard from her sporadically at that time and by terrible things I mean like: She was nearly kidnapped by traffickers, then assaulted in the parking lot of her apartment complex, and then she was brutally raped by a stalker. I did offer to help her, she didn’t deserve any of those horrific things. But she refused my help. I believe what attacked me was not her but whatever was attached to her. I wonder if it turned and started to feed on her instead when I withdrew my energy?

The dark forces are just trying to manipulate and lure u in, she's just a hostess and it's not like she did that thing on purpose unless she's a true narc.. This doesn't even sound like pure divine and light..darkness will not make u pure and will never be.

Yes, we can definitely wish them healing, even when we know we must protect ourselves from them. It is an unfortunate situation for all who are roped into these sort of connections. I do believe she is likely aware of the connection on some levels. She just may not have the same depth of insight as the you if you are the one who has experienced the awakening. For the counterpart who is abusive, I believe it feels like more of an obsession, since they are programmed with a "mission" of sorts to take us down. This doesn't shut off automatically just because they feel they accomplish it. I believe they will continue to deal with intrusive thoughts and a fixation on the other person. @@Nattleby has she emotionally or narcissistically abused you in any way? If so, we have to stay no contact and as far away from them as possible. We cannot remain friendly with someone who is programmed to siphon our energy and destroy us. If you are still struggling to free yourself from her, you may want to learn about trauma bonding and how it impacts our brain. We can still have compassion and empathy for them, but it should not be at our own expense. I don't believe we can ever fully heal if we are still in contact with the person who emotionally abused us. These are just my opinions and beliefs, but I do hope it helps.

@@Twinflamedeception So I totally get the caution here. Was the cycle narcissistic and abusive? Yes. However I don’t think she has NPD, it was more like Borderline Personality Disorder, with some Narc traits. The particular way she emotionally abused me was based on my deep attachment and Limerence for her. Getting my hopes up and crashing them. The switching on and off. I’m fully aware of how she (or it) fed on the energy of the cognitive dissonance created. And her own deep trauma and pain. I could see as deeply into her mind as she could mine. I know she was fighting it. She partially was aware of what the connection was and that it was harming both of us. She knows she no longer has that hold, so she would not be able to abuse me in that way. She is not the first toxic person I have tangled with, and yes there are some people so dangerous that you have to cut them completely out forever. And it’s important for safety… And if you are dealing with a person that dangerous then I agree. But for her, I am no longer attached to her in that way, I’m not hung up on a trauma bond, or limerence, and I believe that fearing them is also a trap. I believe The more we fear the person, the more the connection can harm us. So for me the idea of sitting down and having tea with your counterpart, human to human, is an act of defiance to the entities/energy running the connection. But only if you have both healed. It’s not “divine union” or them coming back into your life. Just a conversation way down the line.

I can appreciate the fact that you said "boy." Unfortunately, the masculine energy typically used for these connections is extremely immature. I have found they typically have the emotional intelligence of a toddler. I don't say this to be mean or disrespectful but instead to point out how damaged and wounded they are. This is why they are perfect prey to be used for these types of connections. However, the feminine energy is also very wounded and damaged, just in different ways. This is why it is so important for us to heal on a deep level so that we can no longer be preyed upon. I am sorry for your experience but so glad you have escaped the connection. A narcissist will definitely see our true value and worth when we break free from them. They will never admit it but it will haunt them until their dying day. They will be furious that they could not break us. A narcissist's worst nightmare is us no longer needing their validation, and also not being able to access our energy. you do NOT need their validation. You are victorious in the end because you are victorious in the end. Period. It has nothing to do with what they see or don’t see or think or feel about you. It is completely irrelevant to your journey. You bring yourself closure. You give yourself validation. Your strength comes from within, not from the outside world. Once we truly do the work and reach this level, it does not matter whether they ever see us or hear our voice again, they are able to sense this energetically. It can be very hard to describe but I'll do my best to articulate it. For me, when I met this other person, I almost immediately entered what felt like a Twilight Zone. Everything changed on every level, including my physical body, which was undergoing an energetic attack (some refer to this as a kundalini awakening). I experienced a psychosis during this time (not something I have ever experienced before), which is also common during this kundalini awakening. It was a very frightening time. I developed a strong psychic connection to this person. Everywhere I looked, all day and all night, were "signs" connecting me to this person. This was done in very bizarre and specific ways. I was being chased and tormented with these signs. My entire reality was being manipulated to make me believe this was a Divine connection, my other half, the person I was meant to be with. Even the people around me were manipulated to facilitate the connection. There was a mystical and magical feel to my reality, as though I'd been lifted up into the heavens itself. However, this would change quickly and I would then be thrust into the depths of hell - quite literally. I spent hours (?) a day in and out of altered states of consciousness as my energy was being accessed and hijacked. Energy would be raging throughout my body, working its way up slowly (like a snake) and eventually out my crown. I had no idea what was happening. I was in a daze and losing control of my mind. I was forced to listen to music for hours and hours, receiving very specific "messages" from this other person and regarding our connection. There would be an absolutely blissful energy pumping through my body, putting me into this slumbered but euphoric state, as though I was on the strongest drugs you could imagine. I would awaken with scratches and little recollection of what had happened to me. At one point, I died, but I was brought back. I was kept isolated from others in many ways. I slept little but when I did I was with this other person in dreams/in other realms. All day, I could feel his every emotion, his every thought, whether I wanted to or not. I could feel him energetically throughout every one of my chakras. Working/functioning became difficult, nearly impossible. I could not escape this connection no matter how hard I tried. It took over my world. I was pulled into the world of Twin Flame, since I had no other explanation as to what was happening. I was being told this was all part of the spiritual awakening from meeting my twin flame. There was so much darkness around me, including a theme of dead animals. I am someone who identifies with birds very strongly, so I would often be confronted with dead or dying birds, especially baby birds. I would see them get hit by cars. Once I found a headless one on my sidewalk. I would walk out my front door to find them lying there in a heap, suffering. This would happen repeatedly. I believe this was done to further traumatize me. I was ill during this time. My hair was falling out. I was unable to eat much and was losing weight, all while being told this was all normal and part of "separation sickness" from being apart from my counterpart. Whenever I tried to escape him/the connection, I would be lured back in, whether it was through him contacting me, or a bombardment of "signs and synchronicities" leading me back to him. It was an extremely dark time. I wanted my life to end. And to think at one point I believed/wanted to believe this was all from God.... Of course, this is just a fraction of the experience, but hopefully this sheds a little light on what this experience can be like. Thanks for watching/listening.

I had something happen to me like that. I had known this person since high school. And I had what I believe was a magnetic pull towards him that I couldn’t explain. I felt like I had known this person, like I’ve seen him before. We reconnected in 2016 and few months later he was telling people he was rich (he is literally till this day claiming this and actively scamming people online). In 2019, I finally saw how he was really gaining his money by scamming people and by beginning of 2020 I felt this vampiristic codepency energy from him and intuively I knew I had to pull back. Besides, by this time he secretly had a gf, but was acting hot and cold towards me online (we don’t live in the same place) so I unfriended him. I was grieving this connection to this man like he had died. At that time I was curious about witchcraft and was reading about it and watching tarot videos which took me by surprise because I felt the readers were literally talking about my connection and that they’re coming back in my life. I didn’t want this person. It was my ultimate fear because I have always felt that he drains me and I can’t be myself around him. I was losing sleep because I somehow believed this person was coming back into my life. I was also doing some spells that I never thought would work (to me all the witchcraft back then was wishful thinking). So, one day during the height of quarantine, everything was closed and I was bored out of my mind I decided to dance with my crystals in my room. I had the window open. I got a headache also I hadn’t been sleeping so that night I was minding my business, putting some music and dancing and I felt someone possess my body as I danced. It’s like I took the backseat of my mind and body. I was freaking out because my parents are Christians and they wouldn’t understand what I was going through other than say I had a demon and maybe that’s what happened because I was half naked and I was forced to kneel in front of something/someone. No one was in my room. The window was still open. And the next thing I knew I was thrown on the floor where I was rap*d all night long. It was like ghost was there making these things to me. I didn’t derive any pleasure from this interaction, but it was an energetic sexual forcing. At one point that ghost/demon spoke through me and said “I got you” in the most loving way. Before, I tried to escape to move on my own, but it wouldn’t let me. So, I endured that until 5 am and it then let me go. During that happening I thought that it was this connection to this man. That his higher self was the one making “love” to me which meant he was my true twinflame. But, the next day I just felt drained and felt violated and I was thinking back how I never consented to any of that happening and if it was truly a “divine” connection no one would have to force anything. I was traumatized. I had been violated and there was no evidence of a human doing that to me and till this day I don’t fuck with any of that twinflame, tarot, witchcraft and crystals, new age shit. I was done. I think this happened because I was vulnerable and grieving idk and later I found out that this man was also getting into that new age stuff at the same time I was. He even wore a chakra bracelet. He was broke that year and his fiancé broke up with him and a few months later suddenly he ‘s rich again with penthouse and a new girlfriend, so I have to wonder if he syphoned my energy to manifest his materialistic life. I have had telepathic moments where I feel someone is having sex with me and no one is there, feelings of being poked or touched in my legs, pain in my back and shoulders, lack of sleep, anxiety to sleep because I feel more vulnerable and feeling like a wave of energy still lingers and sits in my body over when I lie down and now I also have stomach issues. I feel like this was an alien love bite situation, but I don’t know. If you or anybody else has their their theories of how this could have happened or been through something similar please comment because I’ve yet to see someone that went through something as violating as this felt.

First, I am extremely sorry you went through that. This sounds extremely traumatizing. These experiences are not uncommon, unfortunately. And the sexual element/energy within these connections is off the charts. I didn't even go into that. But this is where so much of this energy is generated. The lust and sexual energy will consume you. I also had very bizarre experiences of having sex with "something" in an altered state as well. I also had a lot of ceremonial-type dreams. Again, I am sorry for what you went through. Have you heard of Eve Lorgen? She touches on a lot of these subjects in great detail. You can download her book, "Alien Love Bite." I read it and it was very eye-opening. She has a website with a blog as well. You may find some helpful articles. I hope someone will comment and be able to help you gain even more clarity on your experiences. Just know you are not alone.

@@kp153 This sounds a lot like an Incubus spirit. If you start practicing the occult, especially without knowing what you are doing it will open doors for these kind of entities/energies. Incubi and Succubi are vampiristic entities. My own connection I am pretty certain she had a succubus spirit attached to her. It would try to r ape me at night, it came in her form with black eyes and scars all over, and I would wake up with scratches all over my back. It was very scary.

@@kp153 The most important thing to understand is that you are infinitely more powerful than any of these energies/spirits. That when you stop having fear, and really protect yourself they cannot touch you. That’s how they trick you because you don’t realize that you actually can squash them like a bug once you close your energy and stop fearing.

I do actually believe the narcissists are awakened to their narcissism after this experience (or any situation when a narcissist loses an empath), and the empath is awakened as well. Both counterparts experience an awakening to their true self. Yes, I agree, the empath does grow stronger and the narcissist grows weaker. But this is only after the empath has gone through a death and rebirth. So both counterparts do have to suffer and the energy is balanced out eventually. I do not believe the narcissist will change, though. Perhaps there are rare cases where this has happened but it is not the norm. We can have compassion for them but need to protect ourselves from them at all costs. I am always a bit leery of using these labels (narc and empath) but it is difficult to describe these dynamics otherwise. These are just my own beliefs. I actually want to continue focusing more on narcissistic abuse than just "twin flame" connections, since I believe this to be the underlying theme of most of these connections. The most critically important thing you will do is to go no contact from this other person. This means completely and permanently. This includes looking at their social media or social media profiles of those associated with them. This is so very important. It also means not getting any tarot updates on them. This will probably be the hardest thing you will ever do. It may have to occur in stages. But once you are 100% no contact, you will start to feel and see the changes. You also have to ignore all the fake "signs" and "synchs," which you can expect to accelerate as you break free. Get rid of any items that remind you of them. Take time to declutter your environment - this means people and things. Become very protective of your energy. You will also likely experience more "twin flames" or toxic individuals being sent your way to pull you off path again. Focus on yourself and your own healing as much as possible. Figure out how you fell victim to this person and to this programming (nothing to be ashamed of). Fight off the connection as much as possible. Learn as much as you can about narc abuse. Be gentle with yourself. Be patient. It's a very long and difficult healing journey and you'll take eight steps back and ten steps forward. But it's ok. Keep going. I hope this helps.

@@Twinflamedeception No we are not at the moment, although we have been. And we may not ever be again and I'm ok with that . A twinflame relationship is not always meant to be romantic. It can be . But it really about your awakening . Your twinflame triggers your spiritual/ kundalini awakening. That really their only job . If you end up in a relationship with them , that's a bonus. There's way too much misinformation about twin flames on the internet . it's become a hot topic . unfortunately most of the misinformation is coming from people who clearly are not in a twinflame connection. By the way although my connect hasn't been toxic . I will say it hasn't been easy and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. it can be very hard.Its not supposed to be a romantic connection. It's your spiritual awakening.

So this other person is your divine counterpart, the other half of your soul, the connection has been "not easy" and you "wouldn't wish it on anyone," you two are not together in a committed relationship, but it is NOT toxic? Does this all really seem logical to you? How do you know that this is how a twin flame connection is "supposed" to be? Where are you getting this information from - from so-called twin flame teachers and leaders? Have you at least considered the possibility that what you have been told about your connection may not be true? Could there be another explanation for what you have experienced? to answer your question I guess this person would be considered my divine counterpart. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone because it hasn’t been an easy connection to have. It’s a spiritual awakening .We are not together in committed relationship at this time. Its also not toxic. This seems perfectly logical to me yes .how do I know this is a twin flame connection is supposed to be ?well I don’t. I only know what my connection is like and I do not follow any twin, flame teachers, or leaders on the Internet. Twin Flames have been around for thousands of years way before the Internet .you have all of this information within you .also has nothing to do with what I’ve been told there’s actually some supernatural things that occur when you meet your twin flame like soul recognition kundalini, awakening. if these things haven’t occurred, you’re probably not in a twin, flame dynamic I do understand narcissist and narcissistic abuse. Im educate it’s not a mystery. I’ve also been on this journey for over eight years I would say to anyone in an abusive relationship or narcissistic relationship. just get out you do have a choice, if you’re still there, it’s your fault if you allow these people back into your life it’s your fault. There seems to be a theme with people calling their abusive, narcissistic relationships, a twin, flame connection, and the suggestion that if your twin flame connection isn’t abusive or narcissistic. That is probably not a twin flame connection is just absurd.

The bottom line is lots of people are awakening on this planet,whether is triggered by another person, a traumatic experience or a tree. The fact is people are awakening and it’s about the awakening not the other person.
