So you obviously don't understand the Scientifics of any of this. I'll explain Survivability=r√(cameraman)^2 feet So for you that can't do math. As long as you stay within 15 ft of the cameraman you'll never get hurt. It's mathematically impossible. So for you
I'm always yelling at him to back up! I'm so scared he's going to get hit by a ricochet. I had a bullet whiz right past my ear once when we were screwing around! I got a lot smarter that day!
Judging by the detonation, the grenade was a prop and the real charge was something much bigger pre-installed inside the vending machine and remote detonated to coincide with Ed hitting the ground.
I’ve watched these two do some risky things before, but setting up the grenades in a Walmart cooler takes the cake. Imagine explaining that to security and then the police. Hero’s don’t wear capes.
@@blessedfaith_ I agree. this had to be done with permission and the part inside the store was probably done before or after business hours. or these guys are legit crazy!
This is one of the best videos you have made. Really. Lots of info, both for us amateurs, but also for those more professional wanting to know the nature of different firearms. Great job, Edwin!
I like the fact Ed is a similar size to me. His recoil control makes me smile. He isn't a big guy like Matt or Scott so he doesn't have beef advantage.
You’d be safe against… most standard firearms for a significant amount of time, but you’d have to run eventually. It won’t last forever. The initial bullets seemed to have carved an open path for the big boys the .408.
They have internal sheet metal dividers, so that each type of drink goes stacked into it's own channel. This is a 10 channel vendor so lots of dividers. Those can be very effective at stopping bullets, because the bullets get slowed down, mangled and deviated by each succesive divider they have to go through, but only if you shoot the vendor from side to side. Shooting front to back there are gaps with not many layers for a bullet to go through.
The grenades in the Wal Mart freezer was almost as good as the grenade blast. They would have @#$% themselves knowing what you were doing. You've gained hero status.
They always use dummy grenades. You think you are authorized to bring them into a public setting and put them in a walmart fridge? He would be arrested for this video. Real nades don't have that silver cap you could see catch the sun from a mile away either.
This was funny! I have thrown enough grenades to know exactly what they feel and sound like when they go off and this was not it, but 1,000 thumbs up for the creativity and editing. It was extremely entertaining to watch. Definite A+ work on the whole skit.
@@roo99710I don't think that means anything. C4 or any bomb is also just as illegal for most people. Just like how full auto modern guns are illegal for most people. Grenades are just much more dangerous to use for a video like this than a planted explosive. Grenades are actually pretty cheap and plentiful but I don't think he wants to risk getting fragd or getting a short fuse/partial det that leads to death.
@@stompingpeak2043Naive question.. how is this guy able to get a full auto rifle and explosives (whether it wss a grenade or not)? That rifle looked post 1980s, and therefore not legal unless you have a FFL. Presumably this guy has an FFL of some type?
I typically dont finish videos completely or watch from the same creator back to back. Its been years. Thank you, content feels comfortable. Something ill do, people i feel vibe with. I love all the silly catch phrases and i say them out loud along the video lmao.
Your grenades seem to be getting more powerful over time, Edwin ;) Edit: BTW, it would be really sweet to see a timelapse of your cleanup crew at work.
The M200 Intervention has been my favorite long range rifle since the mid 2000s. He’s not hitting the mag release paddle, it’s dropping mags due to how loose they fit and the recoil. I love the system and the round, but the M200 isn’t perfect. Cheytac offers other models that are more akin to regular bolt actions that the mag doesn’t work itself out of
Then the one found in the machine after the explosion wouldn't have been so intact. The big reason they made it out is because of their length. Their length makes them more stable to deflection. If a bullet doesn't deviate from its original flight orientation, it will be able to put more force on a single point (the tip) and place more force on impacted objects. Couple that with a high velocity and a lower diameter, and it slips right through.
Even though this guy will have training and consultants on all aspects of safety on what he does, it still makes my heart miss a beat when he pops a grenade and runs, I mean he could trip or slip. He is a crazy s.o.a.b but I love his content, it's always entertaining and amusing. Long may he live and continue to be crazy.. :)
It can be a couple things. Either the claw on the latch is worn/rounded, or somebody could've had a charging handle with a steel latch that wore/rounded the notch on the receiver that holds the handle latch. Usually happens from gripping and ripping the handle incorrectly over time. Edit: Also it could be a latchless handle that uses detents and are notorious for doing that. Any well made 7075 aluminum charging handle won't have this problem, just stay away from the ones with metal latches and cheaper 6061 charging handles. Though things can wear over time and need replacing, it just takes a long time with good quality parts.
The way to get into vending machines is drill a hole straight through the center of the lock. Then you take a 2lb dent puller with a 1 1/2" stainless steel screw with a hex head so it wouldn't slip in the dent puller. Put pressure on the dent puller by screwing the screw into the center hole of the lock. Screw it in as tight as you can get it. Then you slide the 2lb weight on the dent puller back as hard as you can. It usually takes about 2 pulls and the T-Handle will pop out and you can get inside. We had to do this when some people would squeeze super glue into the lock.
I first got excited about your content when you blew up an ATM with a grenade. Been enjoying the guns since then, the full auto Deagle was neat. Hearing what it sounds like when someone fires full auto at you was neat. But based on how excited I was to see this title, what I apparently crave is more grenades blowing shit up
Clever intro and grenade grab with the wally-world clips. Chuckled. Also great video. Thanks for the daring content. You guys do be gettin’ super close to death sometimes. 😬 either way; good content. Stay safe. 👍
That was fantastic. The grenade skit afterwards had me in stitches. It is a testiment that Ed knows what he is doing as he called "Fire in the hole" at the perfect time, so he knew how long that grenade was going to cook before it went off, also known as "don't try this at home kids", just needed to be wearing a "Professional Russian" t-shirt and it would have been perfect.
Dude, you are outrageous!!! I love the way you borrowed the vending machine!!! Where'd you get the grenades??? Great 😃😃😃😃😃 job, as usual!!You guys are great! I didn't want to leave the camera man out. Your shoulder has to be aching. I'll take a diet Pepsi.
.408 is a little bit more spicy than a .50 bmg. It was meant to be used to take down hostile aircraft. The gun also has some mean rounds like the .50 bmg, it has one that is armor piercing, incendiary, with tracers that won't stop, unless you have a 2in reinforced steel wall. You should try to get those. They are out there but you need proper licenses.
@@dudebro1277 okay dumbass. Look at Freedom Munitions online…50 BMG API 647 GR 150 Count for $448.01 with a ammo can. I’m guessing you can’t do the math so that equals $2.98 a round and if you buy it when they have a free shipping deal than that’s what you pay. Look it up and tell me I’m wrong. It’s where I’ve been buying mine for the last few years.
