My son & I are from Arkansas as well. We shot the Leupold course yesterday in the rain. We had a blast! The range said 20 - 60 yards, but we shot a couple over 70 yards. I took my PSE Inertia - my hunting bow - with a 5 pin site so the 70 yard shots were on a wing & a prayer ...lol ... but it was still a lot of fun. The back half of the course was setup for billygoats ... lol ... up & down steep hills. The rain made them twice as difficult. The course was definiteiy not set up for a 62 year old man that needs a knee replacement ... lol ... I took a nasty fall & screwed up my shoulder, but was still able to draw my bow.. Again, had a blast and plan on going back next year, good Lord willing!
Thank you for watching!! I should have a couple more posted in a few days. The Oklahoma courses are legit! One of the ladies we had in our group broke her ankle on Ultraview and had to be air lifted to Paris Texas.
@@outsideourlane4295 We just did the Leupold course. I know the second half of that course was TOUGH. Was it in the same place as last year? I believe yall shot it one year. Are all the courses as physically demanding as that one?
First year Leupold was in the same place Black Rifle was last year and this year Jack Links was in the same place. That’s a serious course terrain wise!
