This is a 30 minute yoga workout class aimed to strengthen, tone, and to stretch your body. This is a perfect routine to start the day, or to practice at anytime.
You'll learn to properly align your body to make sure you using the right muscles in the poses to prevent injury or strain, while building strength and flexibility most efficiently.
This is a workout you can do to start your day right with a combination of exercises to help pump blood though the body, to move fluid, and warm up the joints along with strengthening exercises for the core, arms, hips, glutes, legs, chest, upper back, and shoulders.
Focus your mind, restore health and balance to your body and spirit.

I liked the sound of the environment and the random passers-by. for people who're cooped up in a room like me I think it's better to watch a outdoor video.

I feel like the flows you do outdoors are the best ones! Even with other people doing them while you voice over. Not just because they are outdoor. Its like you make it a style that is better! :)

I always love the beach videos, because I love the sound of the ocean while practicing. Gives me some of the California vibe!

The background birds, waves sounds have maybe even helped with calm concentration. The same with passersby.

Yes, folks please subscribe to Tim's channel. I've been following him since August of this year as recommended by my son's Brazilian girlfriend DJ Flayva. She told me Tim completely changed her life especially after a long night of work in the entertainment business, he helped her remain positive and get back in shape. I have arthritis in my lower back, hip and right leg has had two surgeries on it. But now my body has become so much more flexible that my 24 year old daughter says, " Mom how are you so flexible." So I sent her Tim's link, among-st a lot of my friends, family and people I meet along my daily path. Guys, I have nothing to gain from this but only to say that Tim's workouts have really helped me remain focused and get back on track with maintaining my aging body. I want to be able to run after my grandchildren one day not wobble because I didn't take care of my body. Yes, we all have aches and pains but I feel that any form of exercise will clear our minds and make us more productive. Please join Tim's movement like I did and you'll see a difference just like I did. It's better to give it a try than not try at all. THANK YOU!, Tim for these lovely beach workouts. I absolutely love them, especially since I'm in New York and it's freakin cold here... LOL. My heart will always live by the sea, so please post as many as you can as it's definitely calming my soul and helping me look forward to summer or maybe even a trip to Cali one day to take one of your classes or go with my daughter on one of your retreast.
