Total Eclipse Festival Canceled in Burnet, massive traffic backups 

watched 100% for 4 minutes and nobody was there just my family. People did not realize that you just had to find a spot in the path and there you go... don't need to go to any big city or crowds of people. and also 0% traffic. It was perfect.

I dislike crowds, loud music, litter thugs, porta pottys and dust, so I couldn’t have been paid enough to attend. And for those of you on social media that like to comment that I must be “fun at parties” (as if that’s a put down) define “party”. Playing with my grandkids, throwing birthday and graduation parties, inviting neighbors over = fun parties. Sitting in the dirt while garage bands give me a headache and people overdose while mosquitoes chew on me = not fun. I watched the once in a lifetime eclipse with my husband from our jacuzzi. Lots of cloud cover but good enough clearing to see it some. Every time the clouds cleared enough to see the eclipse, we kissed. ❤ I hope everyone picked up their damn trash on their way back to wherever they came from that isn’t here. Buh bye! 👋

My son was there. He said the organizers are the worst and he would never go to any festival or anything to do with the organizer again he told me there were 15 or more deaths from fentanyl. they weren’t emptying the potties or leaving toilet paper. Your Spidey went off for sure.
