We just ordered one of these machines. I feel a bit skeptical but watching your videos is definitely helping with feeling better about it. We’ll see! Please keep posting 🙌🏼 these are great

No problem, will do. These machines will not disappoint. Just find exercises that work for, stay consistent, and continual progress exercise variables (reps, sets, weight) and you'll see results.

@@hybridresistance Thank you! I had seen them before and never in my wildest dreams did I think I would ever own one. We lift, and we were considering a small cable machine but then we came across your videos and we liked how versatile this could really be with a bit more creativity. So anyway, your videos give me hope lol

I don't believe i have ever tried face down position bicep curls & overhead press. So thank you for showing that. Also was interested in the 1 leg forward, 1 leg behind squat stand bench press. I have tried your normal position squat stand bench press (on both knees) but that never felt comfortable enough for me. i have broken both big toes in the past and it isn't really fitting for me to be on my knees on the glide board because of the pain i tend to get in my toes. It's a shame because i really liked that squat stand bench press. Going to try the 1 leg forward, 1 behind method. It looks like it'd be a better way of doing that exercise. Always glad to see something different that i haven't tried. Keep up the good work brother.

Good video...Your still sitting on the fence about keeping the bar...If you like it..Then u can justify the cost...I like using my lat pull down bars and ez curl bars on my TG and with the resistance bands...The Ab Deck attachment works extremely well for me forvthe Cobra poaition for my back..especially when sciatic pain flares up time to time...The TOTAL GYM DIRECT site actually has videos specifically for sciatic pain..Keep tge good videos coming😊

Thanks brother. I'm most likely going to return it. I do like it, but even with the sale costing me over $400, that's a luxury cost for the functionality of the set. A heavy band set I can see $70-100, but that's still about 300 for a bar and a metal platform. I'd pay a 100 for the bar for sure though.

The Total Gym . Is it really and truly the greatest, straightforward, balanced, well-rounded, all-around multi-gym in America? For all sorts of training, weight loss, cardio, calisthenics, Pilates, yoga, sports, energy, bodybuilding, gymnastics, etc.? And should other pieces of gym equipment be recommended for home alongside Total Gym ?

Thanks Keith! I think some adjustable dumbbells, a bench, and some sort of resistance band set up. I think I made a video on this awhile back, but I think it's time for a remake on this topic for sure.

Yes, that's definetly a great one. One of my favorite moves is face down or on my knees face down, doing a wide somewhat lateral pull down for the lats.

do you think glutes like yours are mostly genetic or can be achieved through exercise? did you start off with great glutes?

Mostly genetic. But for sure when I focus on them or do more legs, they get bigger for sure.

I'm not going to lie, but you should have a total gym GTS. Let me reiterate, all total gyms should be able to load 650lbs.
