Springs were weirdly one of my nemesis 😂 I knew the equations but struggled to make sense of them.

That is too bad. I think once you are better able to visualize what is actually happening by comparing the equations to the demonstrations, it helps. At least, that is what I try to do with my videos! 😀

Just wanted to make sure of something about springs Can ever a negative effective mass of a spring be possible? (Idek if there's such thing as a negative mass I am just curious lol sorry)

Hi. Does Oscillator mechanical energy depends on mass? In this formulla(U =1/2 KA^2 ) we dont have mass. But in another formulla of U total we have=1/2 mw^2A^2 So we see m(mass). Finally does it depends on mass or not?
