@@campinwiththeconfers We saw the 2017 one in South Carolina. They were similar except we had more bugs and birds respond to the light changes and more of a drop in temperature in 2017. I'm wondering if it being in Aug perhaps there were more crickets around! Good times!

Great video we did not get as good of photos,. We went to Mohican State Park , camp ground there was full there too. We hike over the swing bridge, like you all did in your video . Then hike Gorge over look to watch the eclipse. Like you said it was great. Your Mohican video gave us the idea thanks. Keep make great Ohio videos.

Yes, the state park is in great condition. I wasn’t quite prepared to see the devastation in the surrounding area. We are going to do what we can to get back there soon to help out in the cleanup effort. Let us know when you’re out this way again! - Mike and Shelley

That corner turn was crazy that would have been exciting footage to see you try it Mike. That was nice that the park had a gathering and gave out stuff for the eclipse. It is so funny we didnt realize how many people didnt experience the one in 2017 and so for us we werent really planning on seeing this but it has been such a big deal to everyone then we looked it up and realized not very many states really was in the line back in 2017 and it was super cool looks like they were exactly the same but I have to mention if you could imagine it was August and it was in the 90s so the temp dropped massively for August. Wow everyone was really cheering !! Sounded like you all had a good time hopefully we will see you next time in 2045!! So glad you had the experience and was able to share with others!
Yeah it was a huge deal here and after seeing it I understand why. If Mike would have attempted that turn I am certain we would have been stuck, or Jack knifed or taken a tree out. Good content though. lol!
