loved it! It would be so awesome if they can install a camera in the engine/locomotive and stream it on their website. That way people could watch the train going down the track in scale with HUUUUUGE trees!😁 That way they can also draw more people in, and possibly make some revenue from it to help the railroad. It's a labor of love and I would absolutely love to see them do well so generations can enjoy it also.

Wow, it's easy to forget that this a scaled down RR, until something life-sized appears and makes you feel like you're in "Gulliver's Travel" and the land of the Lilliputians. This was such a cool video, thank you!!

I hope you had a great time visiting my home state of Ohio! I've been all over the state and never realized this was part of it and I will have to check it out. I was talking to one of my buddies the other day, who works for a magnetite company in WV, who said one of the truck drivers had to deliver to a mine in Greene County, PA. When I asked him which mine and he told me Cumberland, I immediately thought of you and your channel. Thanks for the videos, Dave!

Thank you for this video! A longer ride on the same size. Six miles per hour is about horse and buggy speed! Like many a "country doc" back in the day.

Man, what a neat place and such a cool tour Matt gave us. I love that Mountain Division with those steep grades, and it was especially cool that Matt's little engine had regenerative braking! I'd sure love to see and hear some of those steam engines working that grade! 😍👍

Dave you need a logging line to bring up the fire wood from the wood shed

I like the Mountain Division best but that's not taking anything away from the Valley line. The grades, trees, bridges, tunnels, it's all awesome.

Dave if u "zoomed" in I would thought it was the "real deal" pretty freaking cool!

In watching these videos Dave I am reminded of what my grandfather used to say.... "The only difference between men and boys is the price of their toys."

*_That is some really nice countryside. I sped the video up because it makes the train do 12 mph rather than 6 mph._* 🤓 The tunnels were interesting. Esp the long one. Its almost like they have pockets cut out with robot miners working away... If only they had some place like that somewhere..... 🤠

Dave, with the experience and know-how you have you could build your own version of this with some scrap wood and a sharp pocket knife! Shouldn't take but a week or two for you to get it done!!!

Thanks Dave a little different, enjoyable though...I call it a check rail too hehehe..also here in Melbourne Australia (MetroTrains) we are currently trialing plastic ties with some installed at Melbourne's Flinders Street Station they have been in a few years now and we have some dotted across the network in yards, with assessments regularly taking place on warping, twisting or sun breakdown. regards Doc from Down Under

Wow, very fascinating riding on toy trains. I wonder what the weight limit is for individuals who take a ride? A 200 lb man 300 lb man, or 400 lb man? Do you have any idea, Mr. Dave? Also being that one tunnel had a height limit, Also wonder what height a man has to be? I am 6'6", I surely would not want to hit my head on a tunnel, lol. Thanks for posting Mr. Dave. Also my P.S. on the end, we just had Tropical Storm Debby pass by us about 75 miles to our west, we had buckets of rain 7 inches in 12 hours, some wind, mostly around 35 mph with gusts to 50 mph. But the storm will be upon you in Southwestern PA by 2:00 pm today, Friday. Ya'll will have a bunch of rain, make your grass grow. I just had my yard cut last Friday, August 2 nd and after all this rain, it looks like it had not been cut at all. I'll get my Yard man to come and wack at it again once the rain stops. Mr Dave thanks so much for posting you and your wife riding the train. Have a super great weekend, my friend.

Hi there Dave, been out and away a bit, since I last viewed and give you a buzz. Hope all is well with you and yours. Looks like you went and had some fun! Good to see that since we usually see you working hard all the time. Boy, this is every train fan or hobbyist dream!🤠 How about having a big train set like this to play on in your own backyard! These kind of set ups are so cool. I was going to get to go down in Arkansa with my daughter for my upcoming Sept.56th Birthday, and ride a real train down there, but sad to say we had to cancel. The driver didn't seem to overly excited then, a bit underwhelming really. But you's enjoyed yourselves
