Also, with internet betting, O/U numbers do indeed change during the game.....When O/U total numbers are going down, bet the OVER...Keep betting "OVER" as the total number goes down....
it's not always easy either especially with NBA. Bookmakers keep the score line relatively high for NBA even if there is a downward trend in the first 1-2 sets, particularly when the NBA season is still in the "warm up" period like now. I lost yesterday some money because of the rare 250+ or 270 points final result (who could imagine that?) or the opposite, a very low result compared to what the bookmakers initially started off with: 223+ line while the final result was like 188 or something like this, and the worst is that there was no way to predict it anyhow as the last quarter failed everything . If the last quarter is the outlier against the whole match, then it usually makes a difference who is a winner and who is a loser from those who placed their bets in the first half (when there was higher uncertainty but better odds).
