It is. And this best thing happened to me TWO Times in my Life. In the early '90s I listened to it, then I got bored (a Life can be VERY long and it can get boring to Listen -even to good- Music. Now I'm fucking Back and still/again Love it!
That statement is so true! I wholeheartedly, and black-heartedly agree with your sentiment!!!! Goddamned transcendent musical perfection,..... Lost-Soul fodder!!!!!
What drums all I hear is a snare and a ride with a crash here and there. I can't stand it when black metal makes the bass drum sound not come through to stay kvlt. 🙄
@@Sotajulma look up the comments beneath the video for 'Absicht' (uploaded by BMP) itself. I think there Totenwache confirmed that the cover was inspired by Dark Souls; but I have no clue about Dark Souls so check it out yourself :] \m/
This band keeps getting better and better! or at least more refined! For example: this EP sounds even better than their music two years ago! and even that album was very good too!
First time I saw the cover (release of „Absicht“ track) I thought the left guy was holding a banana. Sorry... 😄 The new tracks are unbelievable! Again an absolute masterpiece!
German black seems to me as very close one to finnish, a bit more ritmic and "clean" in terms of sound composition. Cant say anything bad about this album, expect to see more killing riffs from the band. They deserve some attention.
Clicked for the artwork, stayed for the music. There are moments here (especially in the first and last track) that slightly remind of Tharaphita's 2007 album "Iidsetel Sünkjatel Radadel". The bands are not very similar, but just enough to point that out in a good way.
This is good. Anyone who like this should also check out Warwind. Both have excellent melodies. Warwind leans more towards melodic death metal, but still it retains enough black metal elements for me to like.
I just found this. I can't express the internal power this album awakens in me. It's just an unrelenting force that keeps pushing even after you think it's done. I'm just sorry I found this so late that I'm unable to buy the album and other merch...
