Toto - All In - Vinyl CD boxset Unboxing Video

Brilliant unboxing. Not one second too long or slow! The bands unboxing was useless. With yours, we could see the quality of the Lp sleeves (and the comparisons from your collection were excellent!), the fact that the two Lp sets were not gatefolds which was very surprising, the seriously thin CD paper sleeves which were nowhere close to the quality of the Japanese mini-Lp cd sleeves. It's obvious now that when the CD only box comes out that this unfortunately is what we can expect. The price will need to be lower than if the cds were housed in higher quality materials. Thanks also for showing the back of the Old Is New album so we can see all the track names and the order that they appear. Just a great unboxing overall. Thx for posting!

This is legitimately the coolest fucking thing I've ever seen. I saw a version of this on sale during a trip to Austria (it was CD only), and I SO wish I had picked it up for myself then and there. I was a serious fool not to.

Nice unboxing vid, not that I needed convincing to purchase this you understand... I bought this as a Christmas present to myself! :D (...and resisted opening it until the big day too!)

Sweet. Only wish it was more affordable to the average Toto fan. Offering 2 separate sets CD or Vinyl would've been nice. Bar codes will always suck and should've been removed for this set and the original Toto IV and Mindfields lps should've been gatefold albums. Tambu . . . original pressings are hard to get on vinyl.

Thank you for the vid. I found it useful for comparison reasons, and for kind of a quality check (mine had a couple of minor quality issues...oh well, $500). A couple of notes... I found it interesting that even though Toto XX contained two vinyl records, neither of them or the CD contained "On The Run" or "Dave's Gone Skiing" from the original CD. Also, the track listings are wrong on Mindfields ("After You've Gone" & "Cruel" are reversed; however, luckily, "High Price Of Hate" is the longer version (from the Japan release); also, the version of "Spanish Steps" is the one from the Japan release titled "Spanish Steps Of Rome", which had additional processing applied to the vocals (which sounded really good)...yeah, I'm a nerd when it comes to those things); oh, and don't even bother looking at the track order on Isolation...someone at Sony was drunk when they typed that out. To be honest, I was expecting a lot more from this set. For that kind of money, they should have blown away expectations, like what you get from Pink Floyd when they go "All In" on their sets, for much less money.

I would have bought the box set IF it really had been ALL IN meaning ALL albums AND all the visual history meaning ALL their music videos and released live concerts, no matter how rare.

Btw, I ordered my mindfields CD copy from Japan, keep in mind, in November. two whole months later it came without Spanish steps on it. I expected it to be on there. Kinda sucks
