So it's the best promo cause cards start at 92? Using that theory TOTY is a better promo then. Well then you will say the drop weight will be better, and yes that will be true, but that doesn't make it the best promo ever. How about just letting me upgrade my 86 rated Hojlund that hasn't been able to Evo since December (excluding the plus 1 Evo for being under 88 rated). The card has zero playstyles pluses and only 83 shooting with a 3 star skill move. It is ridiculous how much they are capping evos and only giving the same teams and players promo cards. @@CR7EDITZ6189
