Great to have another defensive video!!! I've run this defense with the ladies team I coach but didn't have a name for it, so just called it high mid/high link. Hey mate, thanks for yet another great video . Have you done a video about awareness or vision for attack ? Is there a way to remember to look up and see where all the defenders are positioned? I tend to get caught looking at only the closest players in front of me. I heard one theory, look to the wing first to see where the defenders are positioned. Any tips on how to train myself to scan the field are mostly appreciated. Thanks.
