What a fantastic use of space, the wood tones not only add comfort but the minimalist space adds such a sense of calm. Furthermore, natural light is a gift.
I love the house. I love how it was captured and I love the music. Music goes perfect. Whomever shot this, directed, and edited you need to continue using them. Great work.
This house caught my eye from the series "Euphoria" I was very impressed with the view of the pool and the mid-century modern style of the house. It's my dream house🥺🖤
I think the house is complete perfection. I think if I owned that house all I would do is walk around property. My favorite is fire pit and landscaping is heaven. I love the teak wall in bedroom and the tile color. The only criticism is living room fire place. It's way too sterile. I'd put a charcoal slate on that, and some large wool floor pillows, or antique teak doors. Or a oversize nice orange crate art work on the wall with vibrant colors.
I love this house. Well thought out and achieves the stated goal. I wonder if it is possible to bring the same thoughtfulness and design elements into mass produced homes. It is hard enough to be able to achieve this on a large budget. I wonder if they could reproduce this for a large neighborhood that would be for the average person? Nothing against someone that can afford this happy for them... someone has to buy the first iphone... but why can’t “normal” homes make me feel at peace?
Nice house, but over edited video. Don't have the time to appreciate the house. Way too much cuts. Never too small videos are better in the sense that whe have the time to look and aprreciate.
Totally agree. I love NTS videos for that, they take the time to really show the place. Plus the content is very original, there's none of these cookie-cutter mid-century californian houses in there.
So was this a car commercial or a home tour? I definitely loved the video and their commentary, but too much car and too many cuts. I want a house tour.
Very nice custom contemporary home. agree with other comments around the choppy edits that is more disorienting than calming and enjoyable. hard to get a sense of the place with the constant cuts and swings. perhaps edited for time?
The house is GORGEOUS but the car integration/product placement was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too heavy handed. We're not idiots. (Also, the video is over-edited in general--more longer, lingering shots, please.)
No you watched a modern architectural design that segwayed into a car commercial but that car commercial help paid for you to see a wonderful design and experience a wonderful design... glass is always half full in my world... try it!
Teak isn't timeless, it surrounds your home with evidence of your complicity with the destruction of the Amazon rainforest. It's like sprinkling rhino horn on your cereal and gifting yourself an ivory sculpture.
The only thing I can't stand about houses like this is that it's built on the shakiest most unreliable foundation (not to mention earthquakes). All this beauty will come crashing down after a downpour, earthquake or wildfire.
It's a three bedroom house. It's perfect for a bachelor. One room for yourself, one room for an office, one room for company. In fact, it needs another room as a home gym, otherwise it's perfection. The site is a dream as well.
