Sorry for the wait uploading this video but my laptop had a problem but all fixed now. Anyway I went down to the Jersey shore 11/24 looking for a repeat from a couple days ago and at first it was challenging to find some fish. Lots of water to cover in Jersey and the fish can show up anywhere. But with the help of some friends EliasVFishing and Seamoney fishing I headed in the right directing and got into some good action.

What goin on buddy? Been watching your channel from the beginning. I have followed links and listened carefully to your recommendations of gear techniques & my success improved drastically. Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts (Cape cod) are the waters I fish and I gotta say, I have mumbled "thanks Rich" undermy breath many times when hauling in a good fish..Stripers, Bonita, Albies, several species of shark sharks..Blues, Porgy & more. we were just down there this past weekend ... got on a few schools , hit the first school with 12-16" fish and 2nd school were between 18-22" fish and the last school were 22"-30" ... had a good day caught over 10-11 fish

sk8rdad yeah when the fish start hitting the beach everyone wants in haha I was lucky enough to get into a few then it flatlined and they quit biting. It's never over though until it's over. Yeah Elias's video from this day would probably be awesome he caught a lot of fish!

just watched this video, when you came on to seaside ,you mention dudes fishing up in ortley, i was the guy on the bar,it's good you went to long branch, followed bait all day nothing on them, did catch a few shorts in the morning blind casting with white shads. hope to meet ya some day on the beach.

jay kay I'm sure bass will be lingering around till mid December but they do get harder to find as that water gets down into the 40s. So hurry hurry it before you know it a couple snow storms and it's prob over. South Jersey there might be fish up until Christmas.

Great video. This question is not on the fishing tackle but the type of waders and wader shoes you are wearing. I'm looking to purchase a new pair or each and want something that can handle the cold waters such as your fishing. I currently wear my old duck waders but these things are far to heavy to walk for miles. The wader boots are logo with a K.

Hey man thanks but the waders I have are from Bass Pro Shops but I wouldnt buy them again because they were nice in the beginning but then within a few weeks after purchase the seams on both legs leaked. Since I lost my receipt I just marine gooped it and they've been fine the last couple years until this season when i wore them in the woods and got few holes in them which i marine gooped and sealed the holes but realized most of the leaking was coming from where the neoprene booty attaches to the boot legs. So then i bought water proof socks and i was good to got because only my feet were getting a little wet. But in the last couple weeks ive been shopping and found that Redington or Patagonia make some of the best strong light weight waders. Also I would check out LLBean because they have a life time return policy no questions asked so i would try and keep trying a new pair until i find the right match.

Great video as always man, what type of gloves do you use? Been using some golf gloves for sensitivity, but braid has been cutting through mine too fast.

kfan1602 thanks man these gloves I'm using here are Nike MVP select batting gloves. Usually I get a year and a half out of a pair. But since I started spending my summers in Montauk that's been cut down a little haha.

yeah 100% I mean you might be able to catch some schoolie's IF you can cast a big enough plug far enough but if you get into anything big it would be tough.

csralumni haha yeah a question I always get a lot but I have two cross beams with pool noodle pads on them which then I put the kayak directly on. Then I take one Thule strap wrap it around on the front beam and around the kayak pulling it tight then the same thing on the back cross beam with another Thule strap. Then I use a ratchet rope going from the front end of my car to the front bow handle on the kayak pulling that extra tight so the kayak doesn't slide backwards when I accelerate. Then I have a simple heavy duty bike cable lock that I wrap around the car rack and kayak through the mirage drive hole. It's been up there for two years straight now and I've found this to be the most secure and safe.

depends on how quick the water gets cold below 50 degrees. The year before last, bass were being caught into January because it was a very warm fall, and early winter.

FishAholic Fishing I've been fishing the canal for almost 40 years , usually catch fish into November. Mostly schoolies at that time of year but last year my buddy caught one 37 inches on November 19th. If I wasn't standing right next to him I would have never believed it.

Hey i live in long branch and want to go for some stripers on the beach how do i find out when there blitzing and are they still biting in December? Also what baits do you recommend?

Shawn Medvar you got to go to the beach and look to see if there blitzing. Or run and gun check a spot look for bait, birds and fish if nothing keep moving south if you start in Long Branch. I can imagine though most of the fish are in south Jersey now but there's probably small fish in north jersey.

Shawn Medvar in December bait fishing can be could through a clam and wait or small bucktails and small Swimbaits might work. I'm saying small because into December like now and the water temp and air is significantly dropping usually the larger migrating fish are high tailing it south. The smaller fish kinda linger around till our first big cold snap or snow.

Thanks man the waders im using are a piece of sh**t I bought them from Bass Pro Shops and after like a couple weeks the seams ended up leaking and I kind like fixing stuff so I sealed them back up myself and they help up for the last couple years but during this video I had like multiple holes where I just didn't care and am going to throw them out. I bought these water proof seal skinz socks and they were amazing when wearing the waders kept my feet super dry. the_cromo H hey man for December 2nd I would try IBSP and go all the way out and fish just north or up until Barnegat inlet. Or even Holgate probably has some fish that's a little further south I believe. The thing about this time of year though is it's really spotty and the fish are constantly moving so they can be anywhere I would take a look at any beaches or spots you can take a look at.

If you fish like i do, you know the smaller and less stuff the better. I’ve added a photo of just some of my gear so you can see how serious i am about fishing.
